Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not a fan of paying for parking, but everything else was great. Ideal location if you're flying in. Not too far from everything.

Wonderful experience. Clean, simple room. Excellent pool and outside area. Good gym. Bar with appetizer in evening. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast sandwiches (reasonable charge), complimentary coffee at all times. Free small bags of ice available in lobby as needed. Very happy!

Honestly, the best thing about this hotel was that there was a Publix right across the street. Everything else—from the customer service and cleanliness to the security—was extremely disappointing. I always read hotel reviews before booking, so I wanted to share my experience to help others. Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. When people say, "You get what you pay for," that definitely applies here—but in this case, I wouldn't recommend spending your money at all. The hotel is very outdated, and the cleanliness was lacking. It didn't appear that our room floors had been mopped in quite some time, which was not a great first impression. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. However, the following day we had an interaction with the manager, a young gentleman, who was quite rude. He acted annoyed that we even asked a simple question, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. The "free breakfast" was also disappointing. They were constantly out of coffee, and every morning we had to ask someone to refill it. Overall, the breakfast selection was very limited. Another frustrating experience was being asked by security to leave the gazebo by the pool, even though we were the only two people sitting there. Meanwhile, the hallways were noisy every single night with guests yelling and carrying on at all hours. That seems like a much better place for security to focus their attention. We travel to Miami every 2–3 months for medical appointments, so we stay in hotels here often. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we've had, and we can confidently say we will never stay at this hotel again.

I was there for two nights. I really would stay again. Great hotel Great neighborhood
-
Conveniently located two blocks from miracle mile with easy access to Brickell, Little Havana, Downtown and Coconut Grove clean rooms, breakfast is average or below I wouldn’t pay additional for jt since you have good options a couple blocks. Parking found it expensive since it is not a touristy spot and last the drybar body lotion it is one of the most remarkable things about Aloft! As long as they have it I might stay every once and then!

Everything None

Nothing wrong. Just isn't a good value for money, very overpriced for a 3 star property.
-
Everything at the property was clean, and the staff was outstanding. The restaurant was a little pricey, but the food was delicious.
-
I need my refund sinced I paid both the hotel and expedia

Close enough to where the restaurants are in Coral Gables- 15 min from airport. The staff was rude from the get go .. the two people were between 18-23 yo and they have a lot to learn about customer experience. The manager Ana was a terrible human being no wonder they were like that if she is in charge of them. Marriott needs to fire her immediately!
