Tranquil hotel, close to Miami attractions

Staff is very friendly and very courteous. Room was very clean and all areas of the hotel.

However, the only significant issue was the cleaning staff; they were intentionally rude and disruptive while cleaning just to ruin our World Cup experience and force us to leave.

Okay stay. Housekeeper was amazing. Hotel grounds need some TLC. Room was comfortable and clean.

Definitely an older property with some need for exterior maintenance. We had a terrace suite which was very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely appointed.

The service elevator was always broken. I had to report it everyday. Very frustrating. Also room looked very dingy and outdated. Needs updating.

This property has always been excellent. This time, the A/C was freezing through the night and the shower never got hot, only warm.

I was unable to ajust the AC, IT WAS STUCK AT 66 fahrenheit. I was cold all night. There was no duvet only a thin blanket. The breakfast service was inattentive, and to make matters worse, when I got up myself to refill my coffee cup, the coffee dispenser was sitting right next to some cleaning supplies !!!!. the valet parking was outrageously expensive for coral gable, better going to downtown hotels. I do not recommend this hotel

Overall location was excellent. Room was clean and updated. But, shower backed up.

Really lovely, stayed on pool level and was perfect for young kids to hang out at pool all day! Neighborhood was fun with lots of walkable options, would definitely stay there again.

Nice bar and friendly staff. Wifi in the room was very weak.

The power was off. We sleep without it. Did not take shower in next morning because there was no water. I was moved to another hotel. I’ve requested a refund and they declined.

All was very good. The staff on this visit was excellent, which was not the case on a previous visit. The breakfast was very good. We had a suite and it was very nice as well. One odd thing, in the second bathroom, there were no outlets for shavers, dryers............all of that. Odd See above. Funniest thing. At the bar, I asked what beer they had, and the lady immediately started to name the beers she did not have! I told he to stop, and her job was to describe the beers SHE HAD. I helped you with training.
