Great price, location and history of a hotel. Very well kept. Comfortable bed. No parking but there’s free street parking or meters in front of the hotel. No elevator (you’ll have to take your luggage up). My go to hotel when I come down to Miami.

Nice for a day stay

Last time we stayed there was not hot water at night. This time there was, however, there was no hot water in the morning! Staff talks to me as if I am 5 years old to explain its my fault.

me gustó mucho el hotel, super bien ubicado y limpio. No tiene parking pero se puede dejar el carro en la calle y fue muy seguro.

We are very unhappy to have been charged a fee for a dirty towel. My daughter has had her hair done 2 weeks prior and it slightly color the towel. Couldn't have been permenatly stained since it hasn't stained our towels at home. It is not like we used wall paint or ink on the towels. We tried to reach out the hotel but haven't heard back.

I had a late night check in due to a late flight. The gentleman handling the desk got me checked in quickly and offered to help with luggage. This hotel has no elevators, so people traveling with a ton of luggage or people that have trouble with stairs should take that into account. The room was very clean, with all the basic amenities you’d expect to see at a good hotel, plus cute decor. It was perfect for a one-night sleep before a cruise sailing.

Me gusta mucho este hotel esta limpio y es muy tranquilo

The free trolley stops very near and there's no need to come by car. I recommend the vending machine situation on the 2nd floor is moved downstairs. It's noisy and I'm not sure a huge number use it. I'd prefer also the traditional way of taking deposits IE they are held in a pending state on the card and this is removed once the room is checked over. The pay and refund is just a bit clunky in my mind. Overall a good place to stay in S. Miami.

it is very small but has everything what I need. location is very convenient.

Cute hotel with real vintage charm. Loved the interior and decor. Just a heads up, the shower is extremely small, so be prepared for that. Our only real issue was parking. Both free street options were completely full, so we ended up paying for a garage. Otherwise, a great stay!

Recomendado, muy limpio, tiene suficientes amenidades en la habitación.

They did have an easy check in and clean room, with a reasonable rate. But in the evening we noticed there was no hot water in the shower and no coffee for the coffee maker. There was no answer at the front desk. Someone from Hotels.com also called and also had no answer. Someone arrived much later and dropped off coffee but we never had hot water. Not having someone available at the front desk is unacceptable.

Charming 100-year-old building, pretty nicely refurbished. Hotel decor, including in-room, is very retro (we had new refrigerator and microwave that looked like 1960s appliances!). Bed was a little saggy, not great for bad backs. Minimal staff, don't expect much, but they were nice. Location is pretty good, near Litle Havana (although too far to walk). Some great restaurants on a beautiful plaza area (they close off the street) about 5 blocks south, just a short walk. A/C was excellent, very quiet. No parking - either use inexpensive metered parking on the street in front of the hotel, or hope you can find a spot around the corner on a side street where parking is free on the street. Overall, nice hotel for the price, good value.

I arrived before three and was able to check in, get settled and get something to eat. Although my stay was only for one day, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They will keep your bags for you if you want to go out before check-in or if your scheduled ride have not come giving you the peace and freedom to walk around the area. Coral Gables is beautiful and with everything in walking distance, guests are able to enjoy themselves. Also with the hotel being maybe 15 min (with traffic) to Port of Miami and I'm
