I checked in and checked out within 30 mins. The room was very old and dirty. There was pubic hair in the tub. There were stains on the sheets. There was no AV and I walked in to an open sliding glass door to the balcony. The carpet smelled like urine. When I attempted to close the sliding glass door, it was broken and could not move. I would have had to sleep with the sliding glass door open, in the Miami heat, with the Palmetto bugs. Camping would provide better shelter. Dish out the extra $60 and book at the Courtyard Marriott instead.

Cleaning room and Balcony

The staff was friendly, but the hotel was horrible—ugly, dirty, and everything was old.

Do not suggest! As soon as you walk in the building is extremely hot. If you used to Miami hotels we all know they have good ass air conditioning because of the weather here, but that’s just the first thing. Once you get to you room it smells like a wet towel, the room feels dirty, an air conditioner so small that it took a whole day and leaving at 62 for the entire trip so it can keep cool and we couldn’t even open the curtain or open the balcony because it would just take all the heat. Even then me and my partner sweat through the night and I’m one to keep the air at my house at 74 living in Miami. This was meant to be a nice staycation that turned to us going home to shower to feel clean. The water in the bathroom also isn’t good it barely takes out water so what normally would take you a minute to wash out shampoo takes you 5 minutes. Just an ongoing list!

I felt comfortable and at home. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good.

Room are outdated & run down. Asked for an extra pillow at check in & told none available until morning. That did no good!

Everything is old and the AC wasn't working for the heat of Florida.

Bathrooms were moldy. We booked a king size bed, they gave us 2 doubles. The TV remote was dead. We had our own batteries, so we changed it. Channels still froze. Trash on the bathroom floor, even after they cleaned while we were there.

The staff was very welcoming and super attractive.

Come on Sat & Sun for live Greek/Cuban music in the restaraunt. Standing room only so make reservations!

Ac wasnt the best. But the room is decent sized. Pool is clean
