Very bad service. No shuttle bus after 10 pm. The front desk not helpful. Book others for the same proce

I arrived at close to ten pm and the pool was closing. I would have loved to be able to swim til midnight. Clean windows would be nice because we are big 'view' people.

Great Stay! Very clean room!!

Stayed overnight after a cruise since my flight was the next morning. Quiet location and close to the airport and Miami port. They were great to hold my luggage until my check in time so I was able to go do stuff before hand and not lug my suitcases around. Staff was amazing.

One night stay was good. Excellent customer service was able to get checked in early due to our flight arrival. I would recommend this property!

Staff was nice Bathroom tub had stains. The room was very noisy ac made strange noises all night and rooms are not sound proof as you can hear everything.

it was pretty nice for a beat western the customer service was lacking. my card was charged a one night hold the night before, then $200 when i got there, then when i left they charged my card for the entire amount. so my room was supposed to be around $430 but my card was charged a total of $630 and the extra $200 has yet to be released back to my card and it’s been one week since i checked out. i called and the associate was not very helpful. she said she would send me the invoice, i never got it and then she told me to “call my bank or do whatever you gotta do”.

Pickup from airport, and provided transportation to the cruise port for very inexpensive price.

The entire hotel staff was outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially appreciated the breakfast team. The room was generally comfortable, but the air conditioning made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was quite noisy, and we couldn't set the temperature to our preferred level, which made the room too cold at times. Improving the air conditioning system or allowing guests more control over the temperature would make the overall experience much better.

The room was VERY NICE The restaurant inside the hotel was very expensive. We wanted to eat there but decided to go out due to the prices.

Great staff. Lounge with food and drink that was offered for pay. Snacks and computers available. There was a problem with the air conditioning and it kept us awake a good part of the night...... The elevator took way too long to come down. One of the blinds in our room wouldn't close all the way.
