Sonesta Miami Airport

We flew in on a redeye. They offered MIA pick up & transportation to the port for cruises! We didn’t make it to our room till about 1:30 AM & exhausted. The room was very clean! I would definitely say again!

Everything was nice and the staff was very helpful, I liked the room that was provided to me and I would stay there again as well as recommend it to others.

Everything was good except the pool was not open and it looked like it would have been nice to visit it. they allowed you to go to the hotel next door to go to the pool but it was not nearly as nice

For the price of the nightly stay I got more than expected from the Sonesta Miami property, clean room, nice newly refurnished rooms and for the price it was more than expected.

Overall a great stay 10/10

My husband and I only stayed at the Sonesta Miami Airport for one night on a long layover, but the property is nice. The bed was very comfortable. The 24/7 airport shuttle was our main reason for picking this hotel and it didn't disappoint. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 20 minutes starting on the hour and was very convenient, even for our 5:30 AM flight.

The only problem

Great location near the airport and access to all highways. Other than that you get what you pay for....It is cheap and great for short stays when in Miami to do errands. Housekeeping is every other day and the room floors were sticky.

The food was amazing!! Great Cuban meals! I didn’t like that rooms are cleaned every 3 days and not refreshed. Had to ask for towels etc. I would stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and resourceful in assuring my sister and I had adequate transportation from Airport and to the Cruise Ship.

Room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Air conditioning was cold. Great place to stay by the Miami airport!

Property clean and convenient to airport. Shuttle driver could use some customer service trainer.
