Sonesta Miami Airport

Exceptional

The restaurant was nice and clean. The rooms were nice. The pool wasn't open, but understood it was under. Renovation

Bar was lovely for drinks and food. Breakfast had everything you could possibly think of. Perfect quick stay.

Great for solo traveling. Everything is real close and driving distance great spot over all.

Very great atmosphere, everyone is helpful and polite

Wake up call at 9AM, terrible!!

The comfort and the cleanliness pretty far from center

Newly Renovated Hotel Very Nice

I liked the hotel a lot. Clean, felt safe walking around the neighborhood, staff was great especially Alens and the blonde at the bar. Food at the restaurant was delicious. (Loved the soup) The shuttle to the airport was super helpful, late check out at noon was also helpful as we had hours to kill. The only disappointment was that we had to kill 4 hours from check out till we needed to take the shuttle and we wanted to hang out at the pool. We were told it was closed but not that we could use the sister pool next door. We didn't learn this until we were checking out and mentioned that we wished the pool was open. Otherwise, great hotel.

Limpia, cercana al aeropuerto, buen precio. El personal del transporte súper amables!

Check in process was smooth. Room is very clean.

Nice clean hotel and room. Great location! Only negative is that the pool was under construction and we didn’t know this when booking it.

It was nice and clean. Nice front desk. Very helpful.

las habitaciones muy limpias, el equipo de housekeeping muy amable. al igual que los meseros y el equipo de breakfast

Everything was good except the pool was not open during my stay. I don’t think they ever open the pool and should stop including the pool in the amenities on their web sight.

Love it here

I ended up cancelling the stay. My wife is claustrophobic and couldn’t take the stairs because 1 was not indoor and the other was full of dead cockroaches. We asked a maintenance guy for the stairs and without eye contact replied “nope” -not serious staff- I told the front desk staff about the situation and even they said “we are aware of the situation” they decided to charge the room plus another fee never disclosed about what. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
