Nice location to the airport! Had transportation to the port of Miami for a fee! Under construction at the time of our stay only one elevator in use, but efficient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! We arrived on an early morning flight, well before the standard check-in time, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate us and get us into our room early. Staff: Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities: They offer a complimentary, delicious hot breakfast to start the day right. Rooms: The rooms were comfortable, clean, and in great condition. The exceptional customer service really set this place apart. We would definitely stay here again!

It's a hotel located right next to MIA but the shuttle service between MIA and the hotel was not available. Yes, our flight was relatively late, arriving around 10 PM but the airport was still busy.

Changed our room reservations which left an adult sleeping on a pull out couch. Airport shuttle was broken down and staff was “unsure of the plan for the morning”. Room itself was snug but nice. Clean and updated.
