Miami Airport Marriott

I made an overnight reservation. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the coffee shop in the lobby. The prices were reasonable and the food was fresh and affordable with many options. Another plus is the free airport shuttle. I definitely recommend Marriott MIA.

Llegamos por una noche y elegimos esta cadena por la confianza y reputación que tiene, realmente decepcionante, primero llegamos es una bulla terrible desde el lobby, tenían los ascensores malogrados y no ofrecieron ni siquiera ayuda para con el equipaje, al día siguiente pedimos una hr de late check out y lejos de ayudar indicaron que cobrarían adicional de $ 50.00, luego el desayuno no encontraban nuestro desayuno incluido por lo que nos querían cobrar porque su sistema no figuraba pero en mi reserva si …el hotel es muy antiguo y las habitaciones no son anti ruido escuchas toda la bulla de la calle y pasillos, y el manejo de sus empleados ante una situación complicada es sonreírte y no decir nada, realmente ni siquiera no ofrecieron una compensación ni disculpas !!! por tan incómoda estadía que se tuvo JAMÁS RESERVEN EN ESE HOTEL

This property branded Miami Airport Marriott blurred the boundaries with the other 2 Marriott properties on the same site (Courtyard, Residence Inn).

Great staff, excellent service overall!

At 11:00 pm I found a roach( Palmetto bug) by the entrance door. My husband was asleep so I did not inform the front desk and put a trash can over it. Needless to say, I did not sleep. In the morning, a spider was found in the shower. After speaking with the front desk in the morning, the cost of our dinner was removed. There is no excuse for these insects to be in the room. The room was on the 9th floor. I will not return.

Great place to spend a night before a flight

We were there one night due to the convienance of the airport. Everything looked clean and well maintained. My only complaint was the beds were small and not as comfortable as I hoped. Overall good experience

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay for a layover. Shuttle ran every 15 minutes but was very busy. Great facilities and a short uber ride from a number of malls.

Great hotel only spent one night before our cruise.

I did not think this property was a Marriot hotel because it was dated and still had a popcorn ceiling. The refrigerator in the room was old and the ceiling was low. They also charged my debit card even after I paid for the room through Expedia so beware they will charge your card. It inconvenienced me being I was on vacation and taking a cruise and had a budget for the week 🙃. Never stay there again.
