We have been waiting the shuttle more than 30 minutes at the airport. The hotel does not look “clean and well maintained”

A favorite of mine

The prices for parking and breakfast are outrageous. They put me in a room that had mold on the ceiling and a very bad smell. I had to complain at the front desk and ask to change rooms.

Good

Beautiful clean hotel that has super comfy beds and amazing showers. Another great benefit for a small fee you can choose early check in or late check out, which we found super beneficial due to an early arrival flight. The staff has always been so helpful with anything we've needed over multiple stays! We consider this the only place to stay in Miami when we come to town.

The property is close to the airport and it has a shuttle to and from. We did not use it though. We had a car, which for a daily charge you can park on the property. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The only complaint is the noise which is caused by the constant run on the AC, and also the main fan just outside of the window. It seems to be pretty well insulated from the airport and nearby highway noise. I’ll probably use it again as it is conveniently located for my work.

Really nice place, clean, lighting. The staff well trained to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of during the check in and during stay. Excellent service since taking the shuttle.

Excelente shuttle service

The airport shuttle was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. It was very helpful. The drivers were friendly & courteous. Mia’s Pantry came in handy for picking up some light snacks. I couldn’t connect to WiFi. Kept getting an error trying to register for Bonvoy in order to get WiFi. The waiter at breakfast was very nice.

Note: It creates an unpleasant sensation while showering.

No conditioner in bathroom. Elevators were out. Hardly any parking available. I also booked two rooms- but had a death in the family so other half of party couldn’t make it. Marriott wouldn’t give us a courtesy cancellation given circumstances.
