Miami Princess Hotel

You definitely get what you pay for, it’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it will do for the night. Had a bit of a leaky AC so that we got had some water on the floor, but they sent housekeeping up to wipe it down and put towels down so that it wouldn’t leak all over the floor. The airport shuttle was very nice to have. Also try to bring five dollars as a key deposit because I guess maybe some people steal the keys or you’ll have to leave your ID with the front desk. Overall, I had a good stay and no bugs and all clean and a hot shower so exactly what I needed.

Had to park two blocks away for a parking spot only one chair nails in the floor there's so many problems I couldn't list them all

Don't expect the ritz, it's good value for what you get. Staff at the desk could have been friendlier. You need a 5 dollar retainer for your room key. Nice chicken shop across the road. Shuttle to the airport was great.

The staff was amazing, the location and the fact that they had a shuttle was great The room was not clean!!!!!! Sticky, dirty and rusted surfaces. Old furniture and questionable looking bed linen. I was scared to sleep in bed and sheets. Someone banged on my door at 3 am but l couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work. A blood stain on the bathroom floor!!!!!! Heavily stained chairs! Just disgusting! Never again

The smell of the room could be more refreshing. Other than that the night was comfortable.

No airport shuttle, everything was disgusting, holes in headboards, boogers on walls. Staff was wearing dirty clothes. It was scary and awful. Avoid it all cost; no refunds!

We wanted budget accommodation near the airport for a short stay in Miami. Helpful staff, useful courtesy airport pickup and drop-off. Rooms dated but comfortable and just what we needed

Clean staff, friendly, calm down, I really liked it, I definitely give it a 10.

Sheets it seem like where there with out change it for weeks. ,gave me a different room, and the parking for disabled was rented to people, doesn't even have a disabled parking.

Which was porn!! Gross! Refrigerator broken as well! Distasteful update furniture! Get what you paid For!

One downside was that there was no fridge in our hotel room. My husband needed a fridge to store his medication.

Deffently not what we expected for the price we paid. ($189.00) ish after taxes. It felt like the room should be rented by the hour, not by the day. It was hot homey at all, the bed was hard, bathroom was gross, everything in the room was so outdated, no pictures on the walls, etc. The room did not look like the photos advertised on the website. I would never stay here again.

The space in the room. Close to restaurants. No fridge. Coffee wasn't good. Rooms seemed plain. TV was confusing to work.
