Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Miami Airport South

The room was clean. We arrived at 2:00 but was unable to check in because rooms weren’t ready. A lot of persons were waiting for rooms. Breakfast was not good… some bread/egg combo. Not variety like toast and pancakes. Shuttle ride to airport was a plus though.

Great breakfast! Walking distance to a nice seafood restaurant. Free shuttle from airport arrived in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly. They do offer a shuttle to cruise port for $15.

Nice place

Good breakfast. Not as well kept up as most Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. Walkable. Places to eat which was nice without having to drive. Airport shuttle both there and back to airport was great!

The hotel was well maintained and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room we stayed in was very clean and roomy. We ended up staying here again after our cruise for another night in Miami. I strongly recommend this hotel!!! Keep up the great work!!

The property was great especially for what I paid. The staff was extremely attentive and very nice.

There should be a chair in the laundry room so that you can sit and wait for your items to finish drying since it could take up to an hour to fully wash and dry and that means that you will be standing for all that time.

The hotel was ok this time. We stayed here a few years ago and had a better experience. There was a slight stale smell throughout. Our ac unit was loud, and the pool was not open. I hate that things changed, but I’m sharing what we experienced.

The rugs could’ve been vacuumed,there was dust and trash in the corners. I believe the bathroom floor was not the cleanest either.

The hotel seemed run down. Stains in the tub. No real security to get on the elevator and up to the rooms. Definitely needs updating. It was ok for a 1 night stay

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and professional. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle from the airport and assistance with a reasonably priced and very nice shuttle to the port / cruise terminal. I would stay here again!

Breakfast was basic. Simple. Walking distance to a few good eating spots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
