Staff was very rude. They had no towels. My husband fell on some uneven concrete on their property I told one of the workers and her words were OK, when I said what you mean on she says there are signs out there. The signs says wet floor which has nothing to do with uneven concrete. Staff very rude and dismissive. I wouldn’t stay here if I was given a free room.

I think the friend Des rap was very cold when we went to her about the complimentary breakfast that I booked and apparently it wasn't available and I was asked to pay. So I didn't eat then We got a late checkout, and twice between the time, two people came knocked at their door and opened her door when I called the front desk. To complain, she said they should have known that our checkout was late. So when I asked for something complimentary pertaining to the situation, she said she's gonna give me a discount off of the bar not guaranteed. If I drink or not and why do I wanna spend money, not a free drink? But a discount pathetic. I didn't like the service, and I spent a lot of money to not have breakfast and have two people walk into my room. Unannounced, we'll never rent from them again.

Room and property were good. I called for a 530 am wakeup. They never called. I missed my flight. Terrible experience.

Breakfast isn’t included, but the food was good, and you have the option to prepay for breakfast. Overall, a great location and a pleasant stay!

The staff was very rude,I booked for a 3 person room and they only gave me towels for 2 people and when I asked for a 3rd set they gave me attitude and told me their wasn’t anymore because they were being washed..at 8pm…8am still didn’t have any because they were still being washed! No business center,no microwave in the breakfast area,no laundry services! Bar inside was expensive

The room was clean and so was the hotel. It served its main purpose which was to stay close to the airport in a safe place.

This is a nice place to consider if you are looking for cheaper and affordable price. The service of the staffs are amazing.

Clean, efficient. 24-hour shuttle runs about every 20 minutes.

The desk clerks and shuttle driver were rude and not helpful. The whole draw of this place was the shuttle and we ended up having to catch an uber or miss our flight. Desk clerks seemed very bothered giving minimal assistance.
