Regency Miami Airport by Sonesta

Location

Exceptional

Staff not happy, my room not clean for 2 days on the road and breafast staff not happy as well.

Quick overnight, all worked well. It is in close proximity to good food and vibes

Staff was not always helpful. Expensive for what it was. Nothing was bad, it was just not as nice for the price as other hotels in the area.

A great assortment of breakfast items

Loved this location.

Great location good stay for the money thank you

Room was very well appointed with ample space and looked and felt new. Check in was easy and so was checkout. The shuttle service in both directions was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel from what I seen. I showed up very late. The shuttle was nice and this hotel was literally right beside the airport!!

They asked me for a deposit while I had a reservation and I never received the refund it was in August

Hotel was nice but room wasn't that great...lack of sitting furniture and amenities

👍

Hair was all over the shower and there was no hot water, temperature for ac wouldn’t change. Thank God I was there for a couple of hours to catch a 6 AM flight

This budget friendly hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and comfortable. As there was lots of space, it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs and maybe a small table in the room. The outdoor pool area was great. The hotel offered free shuttle from and to the airport. The only criticism I have is the instructions sent to us for where to meet the driver were totally wrong and it took us a long time to find the meeting point. When we mentioned it at the hotel they said they knew about the wrong instructions but management still haven't corrected it.

Everything! Nothing it was a great hotel!

Muy limpio, tranquilo nos gusta mucho

good deal

Nice hotel, excellent shuttle, nice bar and light meal. Room was quite comfortable

Very good
