Exceptionally helpful front desk staff (nightshift), kind, patient and very attent can't say

I always stay here the day before I cruise! Always great customer service! Rooms are clean. Very smooth transition, $100 deposit refunded immediately. The downfall was the shuttle from the airport. They always want to drop me off at the hotel next to here.

The lobby presented itself as exceptionally well-maintained and immaculate. Our accommodations were found to be in satisfactory condition. We suggest an enhancement in staff demeanor, particularly among front desk personnel, as they represent the initial point of contact for our guests. The same recommendation extends to the two breakfast attendants. We commend the housekeeping team for their attentiveness. A simple smile directed towards guests could significantly elevate the overall guest experience and contribute positively to the company's reputation. There was a fly in the juice at breakfast. Some of the juice dispensers don't have lids, they cover the top with plates and the flies get in the container and float on the juice.

The shower was cold and the wall lighting next to the bed did not work. Other than that the room was fine.

Property is outdated but clean and convenient to restaurants and airport as well as cruise port.

The staff were nice and helpful, rooms are clean and have lot of space. No microwave in the rooms

Breakfast and the shuttle never showed up

The front desk person who received me when arrived was no help at all. Literally just asked for Id and gave me one key. Didn't provide me with any information of the facilities didn't even point out how to get to elevators. Once I arrived to my room the faucet knob to shower came clean off and water was filling tub fast. They came to fix it but left it muddy and I had to clean it myself. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I felt like it was a motel.

The front desk clerk was very unwelcoming. Took my id, my cc, gave my room key. Did not tell me anything about the property, the amenities, or even tell me where my room was. Nothing. I had to ask how to get to my room. I had to ask about the shuttle. Even after asking i got very little information. There was no welcoming us to the property, no "let us know if we can help with anything". Check out was just as horrible. Gave them my keys. He didn't thank me for my stay. He didn't tell me to name a nice day. Nothing. I would never stay here again.

The bathroom floor was not very clean, but all in general was good. Excelent service on Shuttles.

Bed comfy. Location convenient Noise from outside restaurant..asked front desk when does it stop bc I will switch rooms..was told by 10pm. Well after 11 still blasting n then I was rudely offered to change my room. Would have done that at 8pm when I originally called. Was repeatedly told “we don’t control outside..duh..no kidding? But you could have told me at 8pm this music would be blasting well into the night. Only thing that saved us was that the AC was SO loud it drown out the music. Manager very nice but staff needs better ways to talk to people and care that paying over 200 dollars a night..we deserve a nights sleep. Was not worth the price.

Check in with smooth staff was friendly. Breakfast was great rooms were comfortable.

Great place!! just parking is 20.00 even if your a guest. I payed almost 50 dollars for parking, just a heads up but overall great place to stay when you just visiting.

This hotel is your typical hotel. It's a good location close to the airport and there's plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The only issue is that it does not have soundproof windows. I was hearing the music from the restaurant next-door and planes flying over so if you're looking for a good night sleep, this is not the hotel.

I didn’t like that you could not bring water by the pool ! Ridiculous!

The TV's on the first room did not have the local antena, there was no reception. They changed the room so we could see the World Cup games. That TV had a fire stick the other had a Google TV. They need consistency and a roof antena so the whole hotel can provide most common channels to all rooms. In addition, the WIFI was too weak on the first room. They need to make the signal to be stronger....

The front desk staff is always the best.We are part of a huge group.We basically take over the whole entire hotel, and they are wonderful
