This is an iconic gorgeous hotel and it is celebrating its centennial anniversary in 2026. The property is meticulously maintained and the restaurants and shops are wonderful. Personnel is friendly and very helpful. I recommend it 100%!

Stand outs were the front desk and the gentle warning that there was a reception later that might be a bit loud. Free bottled water. Jellycats in the gift shop. Mr. Nestor's operatic range and soothing voice during high tea. The HARPIST!! (She knew the old songs, movie themes, and was so, so affable). Also, I had a great lasagna in the Fontana despite someone trying to warn me off, and having lived in Italy and become a bit of a pasta snob, I found it fantastically authentic. Full points to the chef!

The resort has been fully renovated and its absolutely gorgeous. An iconic place you must visit while in Miami. Sunday brunch was pricey but amazing - oysters, lobster, crab, caviar and mimosas - what more can you ask for? The bar food menu was terrible - duck wings, pretzel, chicharones - we disliked all of them. The devil eggs were tasty, drinks were good but nothing spectacular

I loved staying here. It is a top quality hotel at an affordable rate mid week. Great afternoon tea, wonderful pool and a lovely dinner in fontana. I will be coming back to stay here because I enjoyed it so much!

Everything -- I have wanted to stay in this architectural landmark for years and it did not disappoint. The pool is magnificent. The pool itself is beautiful, but I think they could make the area alongside the pool more attractive without so many rows of pool chairs lined up.

On a scale of five stars, I would have given this property ten! Not only was it perfectly located to be both private yet close to the trendy downtown Miami area, the amenities were out of sight for both cleanliness and staff.

Absolutely breathtaking hotel. Old fashion Italian glamour, is the best way to describe it . The suites are beautiful, spotless, spacious and the balcony is just dreamy. Staff are professional, it is truly a luxury hotel.
