There was no body soap or the conditioner. I have to ask for it. The room on 30 May was not cleaned or made. I had to complain about that. All these experiences was documented by the front desk personnel Amir. He was the only person who took care of me and seen the situation. The parking is not that friendly

The location was ideal for me, that's why I chose to stay here. The room needs more lighting. It's quite dark in the evening time. The AC was unadjustable. It was locked at 60 degrees which would make the room very cold at times. Had to turn on and off. Rooms are a bit old. Restrooms need better cleaning.

What makes this hotel fantastic is the staff! They were extremely helpful in every sense. They helped with printing documents, arranging airport transport …I had the best nights sleep. Ah! And chocolate chip cookies, citrus water and coffee in the lobby ALL DAY.
