Our room was very quiet and clean, very comfortable bed and an amazing view. I thought the breakfast was included, when we found out it cost extra we were disappointed but it was probably my fault for not reading into the breakfast costs when I booked our stay.

The cost of the room included the cost of Wi Fi so basically I paid for an amenity that I did not receive. Furthermore, the receptionist on the morning/day shift was extremely apathetic and made no effort to get me in touch with the manager despite repeated requests. I left the hotel with this unresolved issue and extremely dissatisfied with the customer service specifically aimed at this receptionist and also felt ripped off given I paid for an amenity that I never received.

Really nice hotel but they need to change the matresses, it feels really old and expired, the matress was so soft that It felt like you were sinking inside.

They let us check in early and upon entry into the room, we discovered the AC wasn’t working. I spoke to a representative downstairs who sent someone up immediately to take a look. And within minutes they determined it was something that would take time to fix and moved us to another room immediately rather than leave us with no AC. Extremely accommodating toward their hotel guests. We were only there for one night for a concert, so we didn’t get a chance to really explore the area but I can say the hotel provided a comfortable environment for us to rest after a busy and hectic day. Highly recommend!
