The service was top quality. The attention to detail was the best I’ve seen in a hotel a consistency of the staff and being aware of the guest was remarkable.

If you want to find a nice place to stay and feel like home and family Mr C is an excellent place. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. They have everything I needed, they were very considerate and welcoming and know what I need. I slept good every night there and felt safe. Great location near shop and restaurant in walking distance. Nice neighborhood. Will go back and stay again 100 %

World class experience! First and foremost, the staff is excellent. From the bellhops like Carlos, who grabbed my bags instantly and truly wanted to help. To the front desk staff who cared very much about making sure I had a great experience. Gabriel and Rachel wanted to help me get settled in, inform me of all the perks of the stay, and were there if I ever needed anything. THE POOL IS AMAZING. Calm, chill, and NOT BUSY. I think when I was there on the Thursday before MDW, there were like 7 people there. An attentive pool staff made sure I had drinks or towels. The gym is chill and nice. And the bellini's were delicious. The location is phenomenal. There's so much going on within 2-3 blocks of the hotel. It's really convenient. Oh, and I forgot to mention, my room was SPECTACULAR. I felt like a king. I love the balcony and all of the Mr. C branidng items. I love the nautical theme of the hotel. It was an elite experience. Highly recommend.

EVERYTHING!! The rooms are SPOTLESS and the decor is BEAUTIFUL!!! The entire STAFF are courteous, helpful and all around EXCEPTIONAL! The LOCATION is central to all of Miami as well as SURROUNDED BY restaurants, shops and a beach, ALL within WALKING DISTANCE!! ABSOLUTE A+++++++++ property to stay at!! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!!

The hotel was in beautiful condition and the staff were all very well trained right down to the cleaning staff. My best hotel stay ever!

Bed was very comfortable and balcony was good size with a beautiful view of the sailboats. We enjoyed the roof top bar with nice friendly service!!

The staff was WONDERFUL!! It was the ABSOLUTE CLEANEST hotel I’ve found in YEARS!! The decor is BEAUTIFUL!! It feels safe and comfortable!! I will stay at Mr. C in the Grove from now on no matter where I’ll be working or visiting in the Miami area!! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property.

Was incredible love this hotel

Very luxury feel and the rooftop is lovely I was kept up all night one night, either by a neighbouring club or a party on the roof. When I asked the staff the next morning, they acted nonchalant and vague.

Morning staff was excellent. Night front desk…. Not so much. Valet folks were excellent

Love this hotel, however the noise level was really high on Thursday night/early hours of morning. Front desk might give a heads up and some ear plugs. I also travel with a white noise machine which I had on and my sister and I still heard it - really loud (we were on 4th floor). Love the hotel though!
