The most lovely Haitian woman was super helpful and the nice beautiful Indian man at the front desk helped make our stay - I’d give 6 starts but the max is 5

Overall a good hotel. Great staff. The issue raised with them as well is that it is very cold on all hallways we had a premium room (twice in 3 weeks ) and found the air conditioning blowing only cold air regardless of setting. The only way to warm up the room is to close it.

The property is nicely located and staff are great. There is a Four Seasons construction site right in front of the property. Very noisy and certainly not improving the views for quite a while.
