All Good! My favorite place in Miami!

It was a nice property, dark rooms, staff is minimal but helpful, kids around the pool this is not an adult only property my, it’s in the center of coconut grove, we were there in August hot months but very little common space. Was well maintained, more artsy then relaxing food and drinks were ok

The rooftop was great and the staff was amazing , Aaron wasn’t helpful , I paid out the night prior to avoid charges on my credit card and I was charged for stuff in the minibar that I never consumed. I asked to be reimbursed cause it was an error but he said he has to review it and he had no estimate of when it’ll be corrected. I tipped well & spent a good amount out and about. The hotel is beautiful too but I also also requested my sheets be changed & new towels but I had to request it about 5 times in the same day. The bed was never changed the day prior or the next day even though I asked over 5 times but I did receive the towels at about 9pm which made me miss my reservation at chop but chop did save us by accommodating my son & I but it’s such a bummer that given everything I would still be charged to my credit card when we never consumed anything and stressed to pay debit to make sure my credit card wouldn’t be charged. Super bummed out.

Everything at the Mayfair House Hotel and Garden is absolutely wonderful, thank you! Delicious food (Mayfair Grill), great drinks (Sip Sip), and some of the best service ever from very knowledgeable and friendly people. Simon, who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We had a late flight and checked in close to midnight and he was ready for our arrival and very welcoming and even helped us to plan out our vacation. Emily was also kind and helpful and provided excellent service both mornings for breakfast. The entire boutique resort is a lush, tropical garden. Rooms are well thought out and extremely clean. We loved the room, rooftop pool, and location, too! Highly recommend! Thank you, Mayfair!

Me encantó el hotel, la vegetación hermosa, las habitaciones super amplias y cómodas, lo único que le canta un poco de iluminación, pero súper cómodas, las atenciones del personal fueron excelentes, sobre todo de David, en el front desk, el mejor! Una persona super amable y servicial! En overall excelente todo!

One of the things that makes traveling as newlyweds so memorable is how many hotels go out of their way to acknowledge the occasion with a small gesture—a handwritten card, a sweet treat, or even just a simple note of congratulations. Of course, these gestures are never expected, but they are always appreciated and help make such a special milestone feel even more memorable. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of our celebration at all. There was nothing prepared in our room and no mention of our honeymoon or recent wedding during our stay. While this certainly didn't ruin our trip, it was disappointing, especially after sharing the occasion with the hotel ahead of time. We had hoped our first stay as newlyweds would feel just a little more special.

The architecture of the place is amazing. However, the restoration was not that great. It is clean, but the maids are awful and the receptionists are nice. The mezzanine restaurant is great with open spaces and plenty of light. The food and service are just okay. The noise level is probably the worst part for me, too high. The room takes you back to the '70s, but the restoration ruined the '70s vibe. Too bad. The location of the hotel in Coconut Grove is great. I like it.

Amazingly helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and property. The in-room amenities are severely lacking. The rooftop is perfect size. Highly recommend overall.

The neighborhood is lively and charming, and the hotel’s location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel’s courtyard is a beautiful green oasis filled with lush plants, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Both the public areas and the rooms are tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the service was outstanding. We were even pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. I would definitely stay here again, and next time I would make sure to try the breakfast as well. Highly recommended!
