Mayfair House Hotel & Garden

The look of the place is breathtaking! I used the gym everyday and it was very clean and had a lot of equipment! The location was close to the scenic marina and lots of restaurants! I really enjoyed my stay!

The architecture and location. Also, the size of the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating The loud people next to our room with children that kept us up very late.

We enjoyed our stay - 2nd time at Mayfair. The front desk staff, valets and all other staff are amazing, helpful and kind. Valet William was helpful and respectful. My only complaint is the hot water - time it takes to get hot, please look into pumps/better pumps, will save water and guests some frustrations. Otherwise, wonderful visit. Thank you. Joan

Great hotel, and great staff. I would definitely stay with them again. The outdoor showers on the balcony were phenomenal.

Beautiful room abd very helpful staff

Location Room was outdated, dirty, hiding how outdated and dirty it was behind dark lighting, and plants. The staff asked us how our stay was after we canceled the other 2 nights and when we told them it was bad, they never cared to ask why or find out more about our experience.

It was a nice property, dark rooms, staff is minimal but helpful, kids around the pool this is not an adult only property my, it’s in the center of coconut grove, we were there in August hot months but very little common space. Was well maintained, more artsy then relaxing food and drinks were ok

The rooftop was great and the staff was amazing , Aaron wasn’t helpful , I paid out the night prior to avoid charges on my credit card and I was charged for stuff in the minibar that I never consumed. I asked to be reimbursed cause it was an error but he said he has to review it and he had no estimate of when it’ll be corrected. I tipped well & spent a good amount out and about. The hotel is beautiful too but I also also requested my sheets be changed & new towels but I had to request it about 5 times in the same day. The bed was never changed the day prior or the next day even though I asked over 5 times but I did receive the towels at about 9pm which made me miss my reservation at chop but chop did save us by accommodating my son & I but it’s such a bummer that given everything I would still be charged to my credit card when we never consumed anything and stressed to pay debit to make sure my credit card wouldn’t be charged. Super bummed out.

Everything at the Mayfair House Hotel and Garden is absolutely wonderful, thank you! Delicious food (Mayfair Grill), great drinks (Sip Sip), and some of the best service ever from very knowledgeable and friendly people. Simon, who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We had a late flight and checked in close to midnight and he was ready for our arrival and very welcoming and even helped us to plan out our vacation. Emily was also kind and helpful and provided excellent service both mornings for breakfast. The entire boutique resort is a lush, tropical garden. Rooms are well thought out and extremely clean. We loved the room, rooftop pool, and location, too! Highly recommend! Thank you, Mayfair!

Me encantó el hotel, la vegetación hermosa, las habitaciones super amplias y cómodas, lo único que le canta un poco de iluminación, pero súper cómodas, las atenciones del personal fueron excelentes, sobre todo de David, en el front desk, el mejor! Una persona super amable y servicial! En overall excelente todo!
