The Arya is my home away from home.I stay there weekly or more and from the time I drive or walk up to when I leave I feel at special and welcomed. The staff are fabulous and the rooms are clean and many rooms are being upgraded. Leadership and management at all levels take pride in the work and the entire team is a reflection of this pride. Was not a very quaint or quiet 5 hours of sleep after nearly 18 hours in various airports

I have stayed here multiple times and each time it is excellent. Great location. Clean and large rooms. Great amenities.

We loved our stay at Arya. Great room size, great view, comfortable bed and bedding. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the view outstanding. The only thing I could come up with for a recommendation is to update the kitchen a bit more. But with that would come an increase in price per night. So there's that. I feel it was a great place to stay and worth the price.

Clean area, good vibes and Balcony Very outdated, old furniture and carpet. Need new sinks and tubs. Bathroom looks from 1960s with same fittings. Coffee maker sucks, old rusty appliances.

To charge $19 for breakfast and they don’t have chicken or turkey options, only pork bacon and sausage. The spread was a total reflection of a Holiday Inn. They should not at all be charging for 3 tables of food. They DO NOT have a restaurant. I repeat they DO NOT have a restaurant. We asked a total of 4 workers, they stated that they do not have their liquor license for a bar and are still being cleared for the restaurant! We even asked to “see” the other ballroom they claim to use to serve food that they advertise of flyers at breakfast. They told us “they can’t they are closed”. Unsure if this is a large language barrier amongst multiple staff, but we spoke to 4. The cleaning crew does a phenomenal job, the bathroom was spotless and bed linen was pristine. Front desk was also always super friendly. They can’t help decisions of the higher up unfortunately, but what a difference changes could make

The location environment was wonderful to site see and walk around. The good vibes that it gave me was beyond what I expected. My favorite part was the back balcony view outside on the 8th floor. I felt refreshed and at peace out there. I did like my room although it seemed a little off from what the content picture showed me when I booked it. I guess I was expecting a microwave in the room and all what was listed on the list. I didn't like so much that there wasn't really a large window to look out the space was small to go on the patio. The view of the bay was nice! love the water. the pool view wasn't too bad. Just was hoping for all what the pictures was showing me for that value.
