Poor managemnt of property.

Good location, waterfront near cafes and restaurants Noisy a/c, living room TV not set up, no breakfast available despite info given

Location and the pool are great. Rooms are large, like an apartment.

After 30 minutes with no word, we went downstairs ourselves. The guard was still struggling to reach hotel management. When she finally got someone, his solution was to move us to a different room for the night — without any of our belongings — and "fix it in the morning." I had to get on the phone myself and explain I had medication I needed from the room, a work deadline with my laptop locked inside, and a flight the next day. Only after I pushed back did they agree to call an offsite maintenance engineer. He didn't arrive until 1:30 a.m. We were left waiting in a hallway for over an hour and a half with no water, no communication, no apology for what turned out to be a dead lock battery. By the time we got in, I'd lost most of the night's sleep, had to cancel an excursion the next morning to meet my deadline, and left the hotel completely drained.

We stay at the Mutiny every time we go to Miami for years now. We love the location, easy access to walking or jogging trails near the park , close to restaurants all in the comfort of well equipped condo. The staff is very nice. It feels like home.

It was a horrendous stay for me and my family. I’m so disappointed by everything. The hotel staff were rude, disrespectful, it was one thing after another. Multiple things in the room were broken. They offered to listen to a different room and when they moved us, it was much smaller. They overcharged us for it. It was a nightmare.

I only liked the location and the valet parking staff They gave a bad room on the second floor that has the carage view room # 213 , they were not doing their best to change it , no sun in the room at all , also I paid by booking.com not Airbnb , why do I have to pay to clean my room!!! Also a cockroach in at the elevator jumped to my head . It’s disgusting I don’t recommend it,

The stay was great. Had just minor issues like the dressing mirror not working, a wall plug not working and a burned out above the makeup table. It definitely time to upgrade the tvs. They both had problems. One had a red tint and the other had a line through the top of the picture. The location was great and the staff were excellent. I would recommend this place.

The wifi was essentially non existent when it was a listed amenity and when I brought it to the attention of the staff they simply chuckled about it… I needed that WiFi to work remotely and wasn’t aware that not having WiFi that works in 2026 was a joke.

Spectacular room, ideal for business or personal stays.

I always enjoy the Mutiny. Great staff, pool, location and views. Some units would benefit from bathroom updates.

Solid place great location… eat at Los Felix

Our only complaint is that we requested a one bedroom suite with pullout couch as we were traveling with our daughter and the room they gave us did not have a pullout couch. We will definitely be back.

They have not refunded my deposits.. plus horrible Internet.. attitude.. they didn't want to hear anything negative

A one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. I liked a fully furnished kitchen, including a washer and dryer. On the other side little noisy and the only restaurant on the property was closed. 8 min walking to the Coconut Grove.
