Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. The room itself was amazing, the view was absolutely impeccable, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was extremely convenient. We also enjoyed the pool and the property overall. Everything was comfortable, clean, and made for a really nice stay. The only issue we experienced was with the television setup. The unit had a Fire Stick, but it was still configured to connect through the Xfinity Wi-Fi/service, which was disconnected. There also wasn’t a Samsung TV remote available, which made it difficult to properly navigate the TV settings. We eventually figured out how to switch the Fire Stick over to the hotel guest Wi-Fi on our last night, and once we did, it worked perfectly. Because of that, the TV issue didn’t ruin our stay, but it was frustrating to go most of the trip without being able to use it. This is definitely something that should be checked and properly set up before guests arrive, especially if the Fire Stick is the main source of television and streaming in the unit. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. We truly enjoyed the room, the view, the amenities, and the overall experience, and we would absolutely consider staying again.

I understand they want to keep costs down and offer competitive rates but not cleaning the room and not making the bed for 9 nights is ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel. Agnes.

I would give 5 stars but the bathroom hot water was not working and couldn't be fixed in time.

Housekeeping was available only for an additional charge, so we had to reuse the same towels throughout our stay. The kitchen was also poorly stocked, with only two forks and no spoons provided. Overall, it felt like the unit received very little attention, which took away from an otherwise great property.

Truly a excellent place to stay in Miami. Close enough to get to everything, but far enough away to not deal with any of the crud. Arya Coconut Grove takes some beating - We go back ever few years. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, again.

Customer service sucks and room was poorly kept, the stink of Mariguana was awful. Hotel staff couldn’t help but the host never responded to my calls or texts

The Arya is just perfect. The staff is super nice, the hotel is beautiful and the view of the bay amazing. You can walk to so many delicious restaurants and great stores.

Absolutely nothing!!! The fact that they cancelled my (already charged to my credit card/prepaid-since February) reservation while my plane was in the air en route to Florida. No excuse given, would not answer/return my phone calls, only sent me an email. They obviously realized, a bit too late, that Formula One was in town and they could get a lot more money for my room. So, they unceremoniously cancelled my reservation and hung me out to dry. Panicked, I sat in my rental car searching for a room in a town that had NONE or if they did it was grossly overpriced. Finally, wound up at a Best Western in Kendall...their last room. F HOTEL ARYA!!! Not to be trusted! SCAMMERS

We were pleasantly surprised with the pool, workout facilities, cleanliness, and views our room offered. It's a simple set-up without a lot of amenities, but the location and price are fantastic! Staff were always pleasant and helpful when needed.

Great location, friendly staff and nice room. Elevators are a bit slow.
