THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton

No real room service and not a lot of options room is very limited and bathroom is very basic

The room and Collab restaurant are great! Rooms are Clean, modern, nice size and quiet. The gym and pool areas need to be staffed and maintained better. A 4 Star hotel should not feel like a motel "self service". For a fully booked hotel, they certainly have the means to step up service.

Good

pool and workout room , use of bike and meal credit , choices for meals close or in the hotel

Very good

Clean room, exceptional Staff, good food

Beautiful property

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was perfect for our purposes (visiting University of Miami). The staff was the most exceptional part: top notch service and genuinely welcoming. We were sad to go! Nothing.

Well, I booked my stay on this website hotels but when I got to the property, they said that there was some sort of app miscommunication and they didn’t even have my reservation located. I had to wait at the front desk for at least 20 minutes for them to set me up, I ended up not getting the discounted rate from the app and having to pay a lot of money for the room that I wanted I didn’t get the water view which is what I picked on the app. The staff in the front try to make me feel like they were doing me a favor, but I don’t feel that I got any discount at all. I paid what felt like full price and above the room didn’t even smell clean. The sheets were smelly. They didn’t have a fresh smell. I was set up at the end of the hallway at the last room. It didn’t really feel cozy, and I was quite disappointed.

Highly recommend and would definitely book again in the future!

Very nice looking hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Good size rooms to share.

Pool needs some work looked out window looked like bottom was stained. Parking is extremely expensive. Makes me uninterested in giving tips to the guys.

Everything terrible. Don't waste your time or vacation on this hotel

Great stay!!

Exceptional

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Thesis Hotel. It is my go to spot when I come to Miami!

Perfect location. Really clean and great bed.

Clean room. Very nice property with excellent staff. Noisy outside of the room, unfortunately.

Love the rooms, staff and location
