Breakfast was hot, AC in the rooms was cold (even if the hallways weren’t- the main AC was out but it wasn’t terrible). Every staff member we saw was pleasant and helpful

This hotel has become my go to place to stay when I am visiting in the area. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The room was clean. I don’t have any complaints.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious (especially the cinnomin rolls!) There was an issue with the A/C in the hallways but they had a team out fixing it right away. Would definitely stay here again

The staff were so helpful and sweet. They were very personal and we enjoyed our conversation conversations with them. With that, our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. But overall, the room was adequate.

Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning.

Rooms are very old and in great need of updates. Rooms smelled old and musty and bathroom floor, walls, and tub are well past need for repair and replacement. Did not feel safe in the area with this hotel being right next door to a very seedy looking motel. For the price paid this was by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in.
