Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious (especially the cinnomin rolls!) There was an issue with the A/C in the hallways but they had a team out fixing it right away. Would definitely stay here again

Room was great but the bathrooms are VERY dated. Think low end 1990 bathtub.

The staff were so helpful and sweet. They were very personal and we enjoyed our conversation conversations with them. With that, our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. But overall, the room was adequate.

Stopped in overnight. Check in was efficient, beds sat a little high but were comfy.

Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning.

The hotel check in lady called my husband who clearly has a beard, ma’am. Very inappropriate in my opinion.

Excellent location just off of I75. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean, roomy, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and bedding. I liked the dispenser for the Dove shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast in particular the biscuits and gravy. Excellent fresh brewed coffee. All in all, a very enjoyable experience after a very long day of driving. There were no negative issues with this property.
