Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Corinth South Denton Area

The air conditioner had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which made it seem like the filter or unit was overdue for maintenance. Throughout the night, the refrigerator repeatedly made loud popping noises, making it difficult to get uninterrupted sleep. The biggest issue occurred Sunday morning. My room was on the first floor, directly near a meeting room where church services were being held. The music was loud enough to wake me up several times. Since I had worked overnight, I was trying to sleep during the morning, so the noise was especially disruptive. The staff was courteous, but the maintenance issues and noise made for a disappointing stay. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

This is a nice establishment. Everything was clean, staff was amazing, the breakfast was excellent.

I thought this place just opened as it was so clean. The front desk said it had been opened for four years. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great stay!

Stayed here while dropping our son off at orientation in Denton. Was nice to be a few minutes down 35. Close enough but also in a quieter part of town outside. Price was good also. Check in was nice. The room was cold and clean. Room was cleaned everyday. 2 TVs are always a plus. Breakfast was good and the attendant was really nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Denton or surrounding cities.

Room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good for a small hotel. Hotel was easy to get to and no traffic on the service road and general area around Hotel.

Delivered as promised. The breakfast was top notch and the staff were helpful. The shower could’ve been stronger plus the soaps and shampoo were kinda high to reach.

Newer property as of June 2026. 6 mins to Buc-cee’s! Property had 2-3 Tesla chargers but not any regular car chargers, which was a little bit of a disappointment. Breakfast was ok! Rooms were very clean!

Our stay was very pleasant and really appreciated the laundry facilities that were available on site!

Easy check-in process, the staff was courteous, and my room was clean and everything I expected. Also if u need to do laundry it is free.

The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great
