Check in clerk was very pleasant and friendly. Room was clean. Lots of room. Bed comfy. Lots of pillows. Bedding clean. Large bathroom. ⁰

Location, location, location. It was close to the conference we attended. It was close to several quick eats. It was close to the highway. The disadvantage was also all of this; that it also had a lot of trash that blew in from surrounding areas. No traffic noise that I noticed.

Great location staff cleanliness was excellent

The rooms were clean but the rooms were not well maintained- the closet did not close properly, the paint and caulk in the bathroom was very sloppy, the curtains were falling off the curtain rod, and the air conditioner was loud. There was a weird wall between the bed and sofa (to make it a "suite") so you couldn't see the TV from one side of the sofa. The location is great, though.

I thought the room I booked was supposed to be larger. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty. Also the wall mount on the tv was broken which caused the TV to lean downward at a weird angle giving it unpleasant viewing experience

Physically, it was ok. They would not honor my reservation. Never got the room. N/A

Room smells of black mold, I asked for late check out , got there at 1am Clerk said yes 1 pm. I woke up morning concierge told me no, late check out at 11:30… There is no one in a rush to get into this hotel. At nicer hotels 1pm check out is perfectly fine…. I’d actually prefer my $ back
