Corona Inn

The price was very reasonable for the stay. The hot water worked fine, a great TV selection, and the bedsheets were comfortable. I got a non-smoking room, and it didn't smell like smoke, thankfully. The AC worked fine, and the soundproofing was decent. I didn't hear much noise from the nearby freeway. The front desk staff was friendly. Although it was listed in the stay, my room did not come with a refrigerator or a microwave. Thankfully, I had a long charging cord, as there wasn't an outlet near the bed in the room I stayed in.

Woke up to 2 homeless digging through the garbage outside the window. No refunds for the remaining 2 days of my stay. I still left, scratching. That has to be the only was this place stays in business.

Clean rooms great service

Nothing. Mattress was moldy, mattress protector was torn and stained, sheets were torn and stained, the entire bed was covered in cigarette burns. All the towels were dirty and crusty. They tried to give me another room and that room was the same. This place is disgusting. I thought it would be okay because of the good reviews, but when I checked in the clerk said "leave us a good review and I won't charge a security deposit", that explains why there's so many good reviews. When I spoke to Booking.com about it they said there is no security deposit, so all those positive reviews got scammed too. The property management was completely unhelpful and unwilling to do anything and then got upset when I complained about how nasty everything was. I asked for cancellation/refund and did not stay here, but the property refused to refund and did not answer booking.com's emails or phone calls and now I'm in a back and forth with booking for my refund.

Service is excellent

Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff is always very helpful and provide options for earlier check in or a later check out. Very convenient to traveling nurses at Corona regional medical center.

Piece and quiet

We were happy with everything! From all of the staff to the cleanliness of not only the rooms but the property as well.. They staff are very helpful and are always so kind. They put a lot of work into making this place look very nice. We love the garden and all of the plants outside too. I have no complaints at all!

Lovely staff and great price, late check-in, late checkout, easy to extend stay, accepts cash, no deposit. Very obnoxious green fellow guests and bad area, a lot of drug users and transients around the parking lot. Lock your car and all locks on the door. Not great for bringing the kids in my opinion.

I left a jacket behind, and when I soon after attempted to retrieve it from the front desk, the clerk just repeated to me that the house keeper didn’t bring her anything. IfI left something behind, the house keeper would bring it to her. Bottom line: They stole my jacket.

I honestly wasnt expecting the stay here to be all that great, but I was totally wrong. All of the staff here are great! This place is clean, quiet, and stress free. Price isn't outrageous, It's reasonable... And they accommodate requests to the best of their abilities.... They have a super cute little garden out back too which I thought is cool... Great place to escape to for a bit. :) There isn't anything that we disliked...
