I was given a room that wasn’t clean bed wasn’t made had been slept in and bathroom still dirty and had dirty laundry went back down and let front desk know and got them to give me a different room other than that it was good

The room was comfortable and had a subtle clean smell. There was shampoo and body wash provided in the shower and liquid hand soap for washing, as well as a generous amount of towels (we are a family of 5). The beds were comfortable and the pillows provided were actually decent (I normally use my own but didn't have to this time). The breakfast in the morning was excellent. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. I would definitely stay here again! Can't think of a single thing.

Staff efficient and amenities very good. The door latch would not open, and there was constant trouble trying to open the door.

The rooms and the staff were incredible. The pool area wasn’t what I expected.

The room was beautiful and looked just like the picture. It was very comfortable and clean. The bed was cosy. The staff was helpful and check in and check out was easy. Breakfast is provided from 6-9:30 am and pets are allowed for an additional fee. I brought my dog with me and they even provided stations with pet bags outside for easy clean up. Located near major freeways.

We arrived late to our check in and our room was still there. I did not walk into a cancellation fee due to super late arrival, believe me it has happened In the past with other hotels, that’s why we love Holiday In, also our kids love them, clean pools and warm breakfast

Clean room, helpful staff, easy parking and breakfast was good.

I didn’t expected Spa is closed. If you tell on hotel.com that the spa is closed then I will find another hotel. The tv in our room are horrible! The CC isn’t working at all! Time for you to upgrade new tv than the old tv! Breakfast are champ so do the coffee too!
