SpringHill Suites by Marriott Corona Riverside

Check-in was smooth and the person at the desk was nice and helpful; however, the hotel was in better condition about 10 years ago when I first stayed there. It looked like someone kicked-in the door to my room at some point and the locking latch didn't work. My room smelled ok, but the carpet had a lot of stains as did the hotel hallways. Also, the condition of the decor was not great. Overall I feel that the condition issues are probably due to a lower-class of clientele and not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

Starting to go downhill a little. Shower wasn't working properly and the rooms smell bad. Like old socks and diapers. The front desk is very friendly and helpful as usual.

I don’t recommend staying here Marriott you have to do better hall ways dirty blinds in my room ripped hair on the bed that wasn’t mine just horrible

This hotel was in great shape very comfortable to stay at the staff was friendly. The holes and main areas were all clean and well kept the rooms were large and very comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable as well.

Everything else was great except I wanted to cancel 1 extra night ahead of time and the staff said at the front that they would help but they declined to refund when expedia reached out multiple times. But they claimed it was up to the third party. Not trustworthy whatsoever.

We have stayed here a few times. The staff has always been outstanding and this trip was no different. Food was ok it has been better. Room being clean has been beter. Pool was great. Weight room was also great. Close to freway. and walmart. No hot chocolate. Normally when we stay here everything is top notch. There were a lot of high school kids there that weekend that could have contributed

Our toilet broke mid stay and when I let the front desk know I was told she wud let maintenance know. No other help than that.

Sometimes the room can be a little stinky. But overall great service by the front desk.

It was decent for what we needed it for.. close to shopping facility's of you need last minute items

Exceptional

Everything here was fine except the pool area is very small and really outdated. If you’re not going there to swim or soak in the spa, then this place is fine.
