This is the only hotel I have not been robbed. The housekeeping staff is actually honest. The maintenance man is honest,pleasant, and cute. Management rocks... Especially Violeta! Nothing could have been better except the price but that is just the economy we are living in.

When the best thing about the hotel is the vending machines maintained by a third party you know you’re in trouble! The staff was nice but not super accommodating, although there’s nothing they can do when the “hotel” is more like a hostel. 3 people in the room but only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths total. Beds were more like futons than mattresses, the tv had a mind (and a volume) of its own. No coffee maker in the room or offered anywhere on the premises. I don’t want to know what the smell in the room is from - we assumed cleaning g solutions, since dogs are allowed in all the rooms but it was gross. Speaking of dogs- lots of dog poop everywhere outside (not the hotels fault but uninviting nonetheless). Undisclosed incidental fee of $100 (without pets) that can take up to 10 days to be refunded! Will not ever be staying here or with this hotel brand ever again.

The location is very conveniently placed at the corona crossings and very accessible. There was no issue with the location. The beds weren't bad but could have been less noisy when moving around or changing positions.

Something as simple as getting towels was quite a headache. And some of the staff were rude when "trading" towels.
