Refer had no ice tray and no ice machine in hotel, no utensils of any kind , bed not very comfortable, small and no nightstand on 1 side, only 2 towels per room, there 3 nights, no room clean, trash all over outside entry not cleaned for 2 days, the blinds let a lot of light in from outside even at night, dog pee in elevator until next day, had made reservations but took forever to get a key, problems with their computer of person? Will not stay here again, no coffee in room or hotel

Front desk needs more training on how to greet guest, plain face no greeting just give me your ID and that's it. A smile and attitude goes a long way. The beds are not comfortable at all its like you are sleeping on a cot.

Room was clean. Bed was on a one of those bed stands that are like $40 at Walmart but other than that the room was nice. Staff were super friendly. I forgot this was an extended stay on my end so that would be my fault. Other than that everybody was super nice and helpful. There’s is a lot of noise coming from other “tenants” that may or may not live on the property. Other than that it was an okay place to spend a night or two.

The location was good. Close to stores and nice areas to walk. It was quite. We stayed at this location last year and it was great. Now there is a new owner apparently . There is no coffee in lobby and no coffee maker in room, no ice , and the beds had big sagging holes .The squeaking is so loud turning over in bed will wake you up! Horrible beds! One tiny soap for your hand ! No soap or shampoo provided for shower.! Thermostat would not go low enough to keep air running. It was hot and uncomfortable . We will not be returning!

Love that the rooms have a full-size fridge and super clean environment! Overall great place to stay and very local to all the shopping and dining. No need to travel far!

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Fire alarm went off on the room and didn't know what to do, so panicked and disconnected. They have devices to monitor the room taped under the nightstand. We were refused an extension that was already paid for because we "tampered with the fire alarm". Beds were uncomfortable and noisy.
