Staybridge Suites Corona South by IHG

My client loved staying here. The location was convenient to several restaurants and stores, it is also located right off of the freeway.

Well kept property. Clean and spacious

We love the hotel we've stayed there before, the free breakfast and the Social Hour in the evening are wonderful and a good way to meet other people there. We love the location as we can walk to many wonderful restaurants and businesses. We love going there we'll be there again. The pool and jacuzzi area is well stopped and clean and just a great location. And quick note the staff is always helpful kind and wonderful. Thank you so much staybridge! Nothing much to report except for maybe more towels at the pool area for the guests to use.

I enjoyed the location of the property and the breakfast. The amenities in the room were acceptable. Safety and cleanliness of our suite did not seem to be a priority at all even after several discussions and complaints to staff and managers. We had broken glass, not caused by us, in our room that was not cleaned up and staff refused to clean or help us clean it up. One front desk staff member, Jenny, was very rude when we asked why the glass hadn’t been cleaned up while we were gone all day. It makes me think twice about staying here again as safety just really didn’t seem important to the staff.

First of all, when we check in the staff was absolutely amazing! Was extremely well and we were very impressed. We will definitely stay there again when we visit family in the area.

The resort is beautiful the staff is top notch. Amber checked me in and even stayed in contact to ensure I was having a great stay. This is my second stay here. I left because I had thought I found a comparable place for less money but came back because you get what you pay for and staybridge outranks Everhome suited by far on every level. I will definitely be back in the future.

Staff, cleanliness Low class “people” being loud and obnoxious making us feel uncomfortable

This is a very nice Staybridge location. Pretty area next to Dos Lagos shopping and the lake. You can walk. Trader Joes is down the parking lot about 5 minutes drive if that. My unit was very clean and love the full sized refrigerator and Kitchen area with dishwasher and cook top. It was perfect for my family of 3. Sofabed was ok....to be expected...but beds were so comfy. Sheets were crisp and clean. Breakfast was included and had above average choices for free hotel breakfast such as corned beef hash. I had to do sone work and had no issues with wifi connection. This location offers a great value for the area. Would definitely book again when in the area.
