everything was excellent

The spot was good for our drive to soccer complex. No ice but the weather was beautiful we used the full size fridge to keep food, yeti cold. There was an order but I think because it's extended stay-- lots cook and actually live (extend) stay and tye cleaning is 1x a week. Also, you have to bring your dirty towels down before you can get clean towels. It was different but not tye worse stay. The staff was the best!!+

Great staff. Location walking distance around food and beverage. Clean rooms. Quiet time....A/C was great. Price right. For a few days at that location no better... Aloha

Nothing it was clean.

Simple modern and mostly clean. The shower wasn’t very clean and the entire hotel smelled like sewage on night two.

Parking fee and having to bring dirty linen to front counter to exchange was the worst

The property was extremely clean and the staff were ALL so courteous, friendly, helpful and amazing. The kitchen was well equipped; however, it would be nice to have a small bottle of dish soup provided for those of us who prefer to wash dishes by hand as we only used a bowl and spoon once in awhile. We were provided with one dishwashing machine soup packet for over a week's stay. The bathroom was very clean and hot water was plentiful. Amenities were okay, but I'm glad I brought my own things to shower with. The room was comfortable except for the beds, which were extremely lumpy and not very comfortable. The sheets provided shifted terribly with the slightest movement, making sleeping a torturous event. Even after making the bed daily myself, as soon as you put any weight on the bed, the sheets pretty much moved to the middle of the bed...was horrible LOL Would I stay here again after my war with the sheets - yes, I think we would. Overall this hotel is in a great area, close to everything, clean, reasonably priced and comfortable. Staff were excellent! I'm just hoping they figure out something with the beds/sheets!

Great location from Glen Ivy and it was nice and clean. Paid a little more than expected but other than that, everything was great!

Roaches in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t comp our room and told me they were water bugs … awful experience and won’t be back

Dirty carpets. Broken lighting. Loose toilet smelled like sewage.

Bed is wonderful, very comfortable! Floors and cabinets were dirty. Air conditioning needs work. Room has a vent in bathroom that is on constantly, kinda annoying. Hotel is quiet otherwise even though it is right next to the freeway. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Terrible smell upon entry that ruminated throughout the entire hotel. You have to swap out your towels at the front desk, which could become an inconvenience. $5 daily to self park in a regular parking area is a bit of a money grab. The room wasn’t clean, the chair was broke and unusable, plus there was hair in the bathroom. Not to mention the shower drain slowly, so your shower became a bath.
