If you are visiting Corpus Christi with the intent of visiting the USS Lexington or the Aquarium this little hotel could not be in a better possible location! From the hotel you are literally steps away from the walkway directly onto the ship & just about a 3 min walk to the aquarium. Additionally, you are right next door to a great patio seafood restaurant / bar with live music called Pier 99. The host of the hotel, Natalya, was very nice & helpful & gave a tour of the space with clear instructions on all the operation of AC, TV, etc...Bonus the place is pet friendly & Natalya was especially welcoming to our little dogs! I'd highly recommend this place for the convenient location, clean spacious room, & great owner.

It was very nice and comfortable Nothing

The room was clean but there were ants on the bathroom sink and they were coming in from the gap underneath the door. The a/c was cold but it didn't blow high so the room wasn't all that cool.

If you’re looking for a place where you can step right out of your room onto the beach or spend time exploring the USS Lexington Museum, this is the perfect hotel. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, which made it peaceful, quiet, and relaxing—exactly what we were looking for. Natalia, the owner, is a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. She also warmly welcomed our fur babies, which meant so much to us. While parking is shared with the public and visitors to the area, we didn’t experience any problems finding a spot in the evenings. It’s simply part of staying in such a popular beachfront location and certainly not a reflection of the hotel itself. One of my favorite moments was waking up at 5:00 a.m., stepping outside our room to take fur babies to potty. I felt completely safe, and watching the sunrise over the water with the USS Lexington in the background was unforgettable. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including Pier 99 right next door. Be prepared for a wait—we waited about three hours—but the fresh seafood was absolutely worth it. In the evenings, we could relax on our patio and enjoy the live music drifting over from the restaurant. Watching both the sunrise and sunset while gazing at the magnificent USS Lexington made this weekend getaway truly special. It was exactly the reset we needed. Taking a walk in front of the ship on this 150 yard sidewalk is a must. By the end of your stay, you won’t just have found a great hotel—you’ll have made a new friend in Natalia. We can’t wait to come back to Capri Beach Hotel. Another note is this host does not nickel and dime you for every little thing. Ohh and ice cream and snow cones at your hotel guest entrance gate. Nice amenity at the end of your adventures. One Photo was taken steps from my room door. Parking was challenging but no fault of Capri Hotel.

The view of the ship was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely nice and informative as well! No issues

What I loved more about the property is the owner/administrator Natalia. She is a very good person and makes you feel good. She even gave my daughter a snow cone for free and she gave us her phone number in case we needed something while in the hotel.. She gave us an extra sheet for the bed and also what I liked about the place is that it has a very good spirit because she is a good person I will definitely come back to that hotel again. The closeness to the beach was amazing. The rooms are clean and very cool. Good A/C. Thank you.

We spent the majority of our time on the patio enjoying the coastal breeze, the scenic view and people watching. It was heavenly!

This hotel is a great place to avoid the crowds and the prices of downtown or right on the beach. Capri is located on North Beach, on the north side of the Causeway, so it's a bit of a drive but worth it. The hotel is clean, quiet, and my room (the Continental) was spacious and had a large deck overlooking the water and the Lexington in the distance. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The only downside was limited parking - no lot of their own but several metered spots and some lots nearby. If you are lookng for a funky, off-the-beaten-track at a great price, this is the place for you.

The location was great and the view of the USS Lexington was wonderful. The room should have been a lot cleaner. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. Floors should have been mopped. There appeared to be a lot of unfinished construction.

Excellent location. Natalya (or Natalie? so sorry bad with names) was awesome and so nice. My only complaints are the parking situation(no designated hotel parking) and our tv speaker was blown out so watching tv wasn't the greatest but other than that we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again 😁

Excellent highly recommend 👌

The location was perfect! USS LEXINGTON to the left and the aquarium to the right with beach front access right out back. Can’t think of anything we didn’t enjoy.
-
I hotel was right on the beach looking straight at the USS Lexington. We were able to walk to restaurants and the aquarium. The lady running the hotel was very nice and accommodating to our schedule. The only complaint I have was trying to figure out the meter for parking. We found an area that we could park and then move closer to the hotel in the evening hours if we needed to. Everything else was great.

Location to attractions, view of the bay and the USS Lexington, outdoor patio, easy walking distance to the ship and the Texas State Aquarium, quiet, relaxing, comfortable, clean, owner very hospitable Google Free TV - limited options

We loved the beach front property! Natalya was very helpful and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. We loved that our 2 chihuahuas were welcome as well! Has a nostalgia feel to it and had everything nearby to have a great weekend alone for my husband and I. We definitely would love to come back soon!

Ver good location walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There isn’t any parking available the city parking is a hassle.

Our hostess, Natalya, was a joy and saw to our every need. Kiki, our miniature poodle loved the deck outside our room and so did we. It is the perfect place to view the USS Lexington CA-16 and watch the pelicans diving for fish just offshore. Next door to Pier 99, an outstanding place for fish with a great local history. Not much. This is our kind of place; not a sanitized high rise hotel, but a real Mom and Pop treasure.
