I love the ocean view! I love the balcony view! I love the price for one night. I love the choice of entertainment. It was wonderful! Paying for parking. I did like the reservation for the parking lot.

But…..the hotel was flawlessly clean, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was cleaned every day. There was always tasty food and drinks available. And this hotel was QUIET. I was close to the elevator, and I never heard a thing! The pictures of the pool area don’t do it justice. There’s a really large seating area with tables and outdoor sofas and places to hang out and enjoy the view. I don’t know if it’s connected to the hotel or not, but there’s a jet ski rental on the property, and guests seemed to be really enjoying that. Excellent places to eat within easy walking distance. And one thing that I really appreciated about this hotel is that there were water stations everywhere. If you bring a water bottle with you, you can fill it up for free (and stay hydrated!) I saved a LOT of money, haha.

First day was okay with no issues, second day we woke up to no hot water with no assistance from the front desk. We ended up checking out earlier than expected. No care, concern, or resolution at all from the front desk.
