The employees very friendly. The Hotel and our room was clean

Room was spacious. Toilet did not work properly. Breakfast was ok.

Picked this location for proximity to Driscoll Children’s Hospital and the fact that we like Days Inn for cleanliness

Staff great I had to be accommodated in a different room due to AC not cooling on the first room . It was a very hot day

Rooms are not sound proof. The breakfast should be called continental.

Not much choice at breakfast, cereal or waffles.

Nothing. Management was very unprofessional. When we got to the hotel I looked in the bathroom and saw no hair dryer so we called the front desk to ask for one and they told us we would have to give a $20-$40 deposit for a hairdryer that should’ve been included in the room. Their response was because people steal them ok but, you should’ve charged them not us. They were very adamant about that policy which I investigated and is no where in sight. Because someone stole the dryer from that room previously to us staying there they wanted us to pay for someone else’s mistake. I went downstairs and let them have it. Then, we reported it to booking and they didn’t want to speak to booking like cowards. Next day, we were at a car show and they called my husband’s phone while we were there telling us that we needed to checkout it was pure retaliation for calling booking because we didn’t do anything wrong for them to kick us out and that was such an inconvenience because we had to find another room quickly. I had such a bad experience with this hotel and they ruined our little vacay. We will definitely not be staying there nor recommend anyone staying there. The manager and his staff are so unprofessional and hotels that don’t follow their own policies should be removed from booking.

Great location, rooms are spacious comfortable beds, good breakfast I did find a few small roaches in the room and some of the electrical outlets and phone did not work

Pool was clean, room was spacious. Room wasn’t clean. Grounds could use a little tidying too.

Parking lots trashed. Came in late from out of town to stay for one night and they knocked at 8 am and 9:30 am telling us its checkout time. Checkout time is 11 am. Staff was rude from the beginning. I suggest spending the extra money to go somewhere else.

It's our usual go to. It's pretty clean nice and quiet. The manager always gives us our favorite room. Normally I don't see bugs but this trip we did. 2 or 3 tiny roaches. ? The manager could be more friendly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Housekeeping is great too!! A few small bugs we saw. I wish breakfast had more variety..it's pretty basic. Manager could be friendlier.

The room was clean, plenty of towels, staff was extremely helpful, would definitely stay again
