We enjoyed our trip to Corpus Christi and definitely enjoyed our stay at Springhill. Everything was awesome except the swimming pool. The pool was being maintenanced during our stay there. Other than that it was great!

Everything was great! The lady at the front desk was very kind and knowledgeable. I wish I had taken her name. The only thing missing is a half or full-size mirror in the room so we can see how we look in our dress clothes. Other than that, all was awesome! We will stay there every time we travel to CC. Thank you all!

The industrial cleaner smell in the lobby waa a bit rough

I'm not sure how... but I am certain my daughter's Beats headphones were stolen from our room.

We were unable to stay because bookings reservation number did not match at check in. This happened twice that night. 4 hours is what we spent in the parking lot.

Breakfast was just okay. You do better eat out. Better quality ingredients would help. Rooms could use updating, the glass on the desk made noises everything someone walked by. The bathroom door squeaked when opened and closed. Carpet could use a deep cleaning. Overall okay stay.

My dad had a heart attack. So we rushed to Corpus & would be arriving very late. I booked & called to inform hotel of our 1am arrival. When we got there at 1am with my small son asleep in the car, the girl at the front desk said they did not receive payment for our room. I showed her my confirmation but she didn't care. She said we didn't have a room & needed to leave or we would be escorted out! Even though I had my confirmation email, even though I am a Marriot member, even though we called ahead to let them know of our late arrival, even though we had a family emergency, even though we had just driven 3 hours and even though my 5 year old was asleep in the car, front desk clerk, would not allow us to check in!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
