Courtyard by Marriott Corpus Christi

I found two cockroaches in the room and I never thought that I have to ask for cleaning the room. Terrible service.

Elevators smelled like rotten fish. Restroom had broken tiles. People were banging, stomping and yelling at 4:30am

Property is in desparite need of upgrades. TV/Cable internet infrastructure is lacking. Signs are falling off the walls, there was an electrical issue while I was there, and even though they say they offer breakfast, they couldn't do it 3 of the 4 days. Staff is nice, but doesn't get any support. External vendor carpet cleaners were pounding on doors where people had do not disturb signs out. Because I was being nice about everything and giving the staff a heads up on some things, they did give me 500 extra Marriott points, but the real point is, this is not up to the Marriott guest standard for any brand/any property and the staff needs support. The fairfield inn was much nicer in the same area.

The AC was super cold which was great! We had a pool view room-Nice! The location is good as it is not on the actual access road so you don't hear the highway/car noise. There was a small, full bar and restaurant. It would be nice if the property would consider keeping the pool open till 10-11 pm on the weekends (Fri-Sat) and the bar open until that time as well! Everything there was great! We had breakfast there too. The breakfast sandwich was filling, reasonably priced, and actually tasted good! No complaints from us! We will stay there again! nothing bad to say about it

As you enter the hotel it felt hot inside the lobby. The front sliding doors were not working, coffee machine was not working coffee was handed cold. There was no microwave in the room, tv wasn’t working right because it didn’t support the internet because tv wasn’t old (kind of the first flat screen tvs that came out). Ac was not working properly, the room had a wierd smell like humidity, there was roaches and ants in the room. Beds were all bumpy,

It was great

Although the property was dated and room could definitely use some spucing up, it was conveniently located to the highway, shopping and restaurant. This location does not meet the Marriott standard. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was clean staff was nice but when we booked it said breakfast so we expected free breakfast ans was surprised to fine oatmeal that was $9,50 and bagels for $6.50. Other then that misunderstood item the stay was great.

Toilet did not set level moved when I got up. Schauer dispenser of shampoo, etc. did not pump correctly. Nice place, very friendly nice people, I would recommend it.

Friendly staff and good breakfasts. May need updating and cleaning of upholsterd chairs in dining area

Bed was too firm AC works well Breakfast is too expensive Seems clean Shower is nice, plenty of hot water Friendly staff Definitely not my 1st choice but I would stay again.

There was no trash can in the room and the ice machine was broken. There was also a rat box in the room, the balcony door was unlocked, and the pullout couch was ripped in places. We also had some crumpled towels which seem peculiar and there was a sizeable gap at the front door of the room that seemed unsafe. Our neighbors were also super loud all night.
