We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick, the room was spotless, and everything we needed was provided. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience.

When we booked our room, we didn't know that it was a fairly new hotel. Being that it was, everything was clean and comfortable. We had no issues whatsoever and it was in a great location for our plans. The only thing that we did not like during our stay was that there was about 4 or 5 Penske/UHaul type of vehicles that would take up about 3 parking spots each because they parked horizontally. This caused us to park further away or out of sight from our rooms view. We thought they could have parked in the street instead. With that said, we would definitely stay there again and hope those vehicles aren't there the same time we are.

Nice place! Good location

This facility is approximately 6 months old and it still has that brand new smell! It was very well maintained even though it was obvious that the facility was understaffed. The staff present was very efficient and were resolving issues as quickly as possible! I commend the employees as they were always greeting residents with a great attitude and warm hello. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The breakfast was just not it , small bowls and small plates were available only. All the breakfast was out and it was 7:45 am

Staff were super nice. The hotel is lovely. Absolutely loved staying here. They have a good breakfast and offered many free items for staying.

It seems like the hotel may have just opened, so I think they’re still working out a few things. The toilet paper holder in our bathroom had come loose from the wall. I called the front desk to let them know, and they said someone would come up to fix it, but no one ever did. Aside from the hot hallway and the maintenance issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Excellent stay! The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was our first time staying at an Atwell Suites and the hotel looks nice, the room was spacious (no cups in the room- I guess bring your own), bed comfortable, and breakfast was fine (a little awkward set up, but food was fine). The main complaint we have is the cleanliness in the main part of the hotel. We were there 4 days. The carpet in the hallway was never vacuumed, which it needed. The main tile floor from the rooms on the first floor to the lobby was never cleaned in spite of dirt and mulch on the floor. The stairway going to the second floor had juice spilled on the stairs and was never cleaned during those 4 days. The dryer was not working and no out of order sign placed on it. I washed a load of beach towels and didn't realize the dryer wasn't working, but the lady at the front desk dried them in the hotel dryers for me. Why not put a sign on the machine so someone else doesn't make the same mistake? Why not get it fixed and how long has it been that way? It just seems like there's no pride of ownership with the place. The staff is nice and the lady cleaning the rooms was more than accommodating when we swapped out towels with her in the hallway. It pretty much seems like the place is poorly managed which is unfortunate for such a nice-looking hotel.

At check in, we asked about a military discount. Instead of the receptionist saying “I don’t know, let me get assist,” she acted as if she knew what she was doing, plugging in some number on the computer, but offering us the same total I received on the Expedia app. I asked, so where’s the discount and what percentage do you offer? She’s now looking like a deer in headlights. Why lie if you don’t know what you’re doing?????? So now we have to get out of line to wait for the manager. We wait close to 15 minutes for the manager to come let us know that since we booked thru Expedia, we can’t get a military discount. Thanks Expedia! You’re on the chopping block too. Anyway, ok. We’re here, so we decide to just stay, although I was already looking for another hotel nearby. Mind you, this hotel only has 4 floors, built in 2025. How lost can you get? Well, we still hadn’t paid-over paid for this room! On my 3rd wedding anniversary-yes thanks Atwell. The manager & first receptionist disappear. So the remaining receptionist I guess can’t read or something, we just need to pay lady & get our keys! Terrible keeps happening….room setup is minimal, bathroom setup is crazy (shower behind the door), shower was not clean! I’m done. NO!

Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The parking lot was gated and the property was very clean and fresh.

The place was clean The charge more than what it's supposed to be and there aren't ceiling fans so when the AC was off the room got hot and my little one couldn't sleep well
