Room was relatively clean but had an ant problem on the desk coming through the window. The bathroom tiles were uneven and can trip you up if you don’t pay attention.

A roof over my head. AC was TOO loud and didn't work well. Pillows on bed were paper thin, no support. Roaches all over the pool area. Shower water temp was extremely hot and couldn't be set to a cooler temp.

When i requested to have the bedding and towels swapped out we left everything we were supposed to according to the pamphlet in the room we left and went on with our day expecting everything to be taken care of when we got back to the room… we got back at 11 pm and the sheets were not changed the towels were still in a pile on the floor house keeping never came in. We went down to the front desk to inform them of the issue and we were handed new towels and sheets and were told to change the sheets ourselves. Absolutely the wrong answer we paid for a room and service is included in that I have stay at many marriotts in the past but this will be the last time I will ever stay at one again.

The entrance of the hotel was nice. The location was perfect. I did not like the floor plan for the bathroom. There was no privacy to get dress without worry about someone coming into the vanity area.

No one came by to clean the room. We had to ask for towels several times. The AC was very loud and didn’t work well. The pillows are NOT comfortable. The door had to be slammed to close and pushed very hard just to open.

Great location, the room was very clean,the staff was very friendly and helpful over all i will continue to stay here when I come down and visit
