InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Corpus Christi

First room didnt have hot water, swapping rooms was a pain. The staff was rude and told me to not bother them during off hours, to knock on room 17 door and have the maintenance person get what we needed. Pool was disgusting and fencing around pool was completely rusted out and dangerous to be around or within. Floors would seep water through them during a rain storm. The cabinets were filthy and water rotted. Pillows were terrible and flat. Just a filthy and disgusting stay. We checked out a day early and wernt even offered a refund for the one day. Worst hotel stay ive ever had in my life.... ive stayed in man camps that were better kept than this hotel. If I could give a zero star review I would. Do not stay in this hotel, it needs to be condemned until brought up to a better standard.

Clean Nothing

The room was very dirty and smelled bad. I think that it should have been cleaned i know they might have been understaffed but i wish it was cleaner. The $50 deposit i got it back ,but everything is expensive

Very clean and friendly staff. Theres a cracker barrel next door and a corner store about .7 miles away. Ive stayed at a good amount of hotels in corpus and this was one of the cleanest ive ever been in!

Lots of shopping close by and as for kids my room had a very large aux t.v game ready aswell as micowave range full fridge my week stay children were safely playing on the property plenty of warning signs and staff on the property to make sure they were safe and no one was speeding in my opinion very kid friendly and family-friendly

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. As nice as the room was the magnetic door lock didn’t work properly. You had to really hit the door when you hear the click to open the door. The neighbors said it has been like that for awhile so not sure why something so important like the lock wasn’t fixed. It was a real pain to have to hit the door with my shoulder just to get into my room. Again although everything was good I did t think I should have been given a room with a defective lock. The office was closed by the time I got back to my room so I would have been in big trouble if I couldn’t get in.
