Room smelled dirty carpet lots of stains on couch maybe super old outdated dirty aircondition

No free breakfast. It just muffins and coffee.

the room was clean and cool when I walked in. The front desk was pleasant. When I asked for water I was told they only have hot water. Was an extremely hot day and the tap water not being good to drink I thought the hotel would offer cold water. Also, web site clearly states breakfast BUT that is misleading. There is no hot breakfast or on-the-go breakfast. Only coffee and tea. Site should be changed immediately as this is false. When I inquired about laundry charges I was told she didn't know it belongs to a third party. I would think she'd be informed since she works front desk and people would ask.

Clean room as always. Only place I continue to stay.

Many issues with the room, ceiling over bed had some kind of water damage issue, had dripped a few times. carpet very dirty and heavily stained, Sofa was broken, and could not even sit on it. Restroom was dirty, tub is heavily stained, patch job shower.

Nice staff Room 313 had multiple holes and soft spots in the floor. Water damage everywhere and the ac barely blew cold took the whole night to get to temp

When booking, the hotel you will see that it says free breakfast they have no breakfast at all please don’t let the app fool you. Also the beds have fleas I didn’t even get to enjoy the hotel for the weekend I booked it because my kids were getting bit by fleas

Dirty. Needed new sheets as soon as I got there (hair, dirt). Towels had the same thing. Dead roaches under the bed and crawling the wall. Nothing could be done when asked besides having to take care of it myself with spray they gave me. Not a good place for the price, rather have gotten a cheaper motel if I wanted that vibe.

My experience with this hotel was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced checked in then room was super hot AC wasn’t working talked to reception and they said they would have it fixed by next day next day car was stolen thank god we got it back within an hour thanks to my husband then we moved rooms new room had roaches and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days then the whole hotel smelled like marijana so we decided to just check out because we felt unsafe had already payed for a whole 7 days in advance because of personal reasons when we checked out they wouldn’t give us a refund this place I wouldn’t recommend

I definitely would not recommend wasting your money here.

Saying nothing will be the best I can do for this place but downhill is the word to describe this place.. skip it.

Right when we walked in there was a roach crawling on our couch

An okay place to rest your head for a night or two but would not recommend as a place to stay long term or to need as an actual room. The hallways were dirty, the floor and carpets were dirty, the property smelled like mildew. The elevator sounded as if it could stop working at any moment.

I was surprised we had to put a deposit for dishes, coffee pot, etc. They didn't customize it to include things for the amount of people we had. We had to go get it ourselves because front desk was too busy. Then a couple items smelled so bad (even after 2 dishwashings) we couldn't use.
