Great place but pool was freezing

Breakfast was not refilled and people kept asking for sausage or batter for waffles.

The outside of the hotel was horrible to drive up to the outside was very distasteful and there was not outside area in the back to enjoy

It was a great stay. It would be useful if hotels were more upfront about if they accept cards like Chime.

The breakfast selection was great. The staff were friendly. Easy access to highway.

Terrible stay. Long check-in with one employee, bugs throughout the room (even on the bed), stained linens, low water pressure, no extra towels, flies at breakfast, and a bug frozen in our ice. Management denied it despite similar guest complaints. Avoid.

Location advertised was not location you reserve. I was sent to another location 15 miles out. Arrived and upon entering the place smelled horrible due to mildew. Horrible place will never reserve a Hampton or through this site again . Too much money per night for such a horrible stay ! Shame on you Hilton!

Internet was horrible never worked at all charged 100 dollars more for what reason I don’t know but I took pictures of everything cause I left it clean even though some staff members were rude you would ask a question and they would respond with ugliness so I would never stay there again

The room was clean, staff were helpful. There were plenty of towels in the pool area, spa water temp was great. Sadly, the spa had much off-color/missing paint, and its jets only gurgled.

Parking was good. The hallways were hot. But the room was clean. Neighbors on both sides were very noisy.

This is a good hotel to stay at. Clean facility. Pool was available. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was standard fair but well put together. Overall a very consistent Hampton Inn

Enjoyed my stay nice and quiet and relaxing my toddler was a little rowdy and still had a great time thank you will likely return.
