Le falta una buena remodelación a ese hotel

The room was spacious & the housekeeping staff was friendly but everything else is a mess. The place is too dirty. I tried to check out an hour later amd was told that I would pay extra for that. I have never heard of any place charging extra for late check out. They need to clean the rooms and linen.

The property is too dirty, carpets are sticky , stained and dirty. There is no maintenance at all. Overall experience is terrible.

Place is a scam

Room was adequate, carpet and floor were gritty, one side of the bed had issues, like broken springs. Got to breakfast 20 minutes after started serving and food was cold. The staff was not very accommodating. We got to the hotel early and asked if we could check in and were quoted an additional fee of $30, even though rooms were available. We went shopping to kill some time. Returned right before check-in and were told she had to go check on the room to make sure all in order and didn't report back to us. We had to go back, stand at the counter, until she gave us our key. The issue is if you are going to charge for rooms that are ready and someone wants to check in early, what about when someone checks out early. Check out was 11:00am and we were gone at 8am. So, is the hotel going to give us a refund because we checked out early?

It was warm in the lobby, housekeeping never came the 2 days we were there, they kept telling us they didn’t have any towels! Even though there was 5 of us in the room for 2 days!!! Also the milk they were serving for breakfast was spoiled… oh and the shower had mold and you can tell the room we got was not thoroughly cleaned…. . Definitely will not book again.

The first room was filth! the floor was wet due to the humidity in the room, it smelled like mold, there was hair in the bed, the sink and the tub. Also in the tub was pieces to the soap boxes. i requested a different room and they did change it for me but the only thing better was the smell. There is hardly a breakfast and the elevator looks like its going to fall in at any moment.

i got accused of smoking in the room so they could keep my $150 deposit. i never once smoked in that room. they are so rude and unprofessional and the rooms are DISGUSTING!!

As you walk to your room, you’ll also wonder why all of the electronics on the door locks are partially disassembled. Why is that? Because the door locks break so regularly and need to be reprogrammed that they just leave them disassembled. Literally as they were walking back to the elevator with me to fix my door, someone else came up with the same issue. On to of this, the key cards themselves needed to be reissued twice. On the theme of not caring, they didn’t even check my ID before issuing a new key card. What convenience? Finally, while I get places not refreshing towels or sheets every day, I’m left confused why housekeeping came into our room, and left with the towels we had left hanging without placing new ones in return. At that point why are they evening coming in the room at all? Stay away, stay away, stay away.

La atencion del personal fue buena, sin embargo la propiedad tenia un deterioro considerable... desde el elevador, hasta habitaciones con olor a humedad, las sabanas humedas, una cucaracha en el desayuno...
