La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Corpus Christi Northwest

The property is to far away from everything, It seemed like mainly workers from the oil field stayed there. The pool was okay but the scenery was an empty field and the freeway. And the elevator was not working. Also to watch Net flix you had to use your own account. The connection was sub par. The hotel was very hot, locks were broken on doors and key card was not working. One day grabbed choc milk and it was rotten. We will not sty there again.

It was quiet. Towels were clean and soft. Thank you for having the A/C on and the room was cold and comfortable.

AC on hallways and common areas seemed to be non-existent. Some of the outlets in the room were not working. Water pressure and water temperature were inconsistent

I wasn’t going to put a bad review but since the manager didn’t want to accommodate me after sending her pictures of a room that had roaches and dirty toilet seat. Seems as though maintenance doesn’t keep up well with the property. The place seems worn down and for the record I stayed in room #111 . I hope the manager sees this and does a better job. How can she do a better job when she’s hard to get a hold of. She’s never at work. Will not be staying there again. Do better La Quinta

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. From arriving to present this location has been the worst place I have ever stayed. Here is why. I had reserved a one bedroom with two beds. Once I arrived around 1am to the property was told the room was not available. I asked how much another room would cost due that the only rooms available were one king bed rooms which I ended up having to get two rooms. My room 312 had bed bugs which by 3 am I went downstairs to show them the one I killed and asked to be moved to another room. I was then told no more rooms were available. I let front desk know I would not be staying in that room and had to all fit in that one room. My dad had to sleep on the floor while my mom, me, and child slept on the bed. I was charged for both rooms even though I did not use one because of the bed bugs. We have called this location multiple times and the manager LETY has yet to fix this. It has been 3 weeks and she has only been available to speak to us once throughout that time. Messages have been left multiple times with no call back, no response, no effort in getting this fixed, and no care whatsoever of the customer. So hi Lety if you are reading this please respond. I do appreciate the front desk lady that tried to help us in getting us another room the next day but unfortunately she let us know billing problems can only be fixed by Lety. Thank you.

Maybe it was a bad day at the hotel, but the room was stuffy. Needed to ask the front desk to vacuum the carpet in the room; it had weed stickers. Breakfast had rotten fruit in the serving bowl. The sidewalk on entrance to hotel had alot of bird droppings. One good thing that hotel had was the swimming pool. Very comfortable.

The room was spacious & the housekeeping staff was friendly but everything else is a mess. The place is too dirty. I tried to check out an hour later amd was told that I would pay extra for that. I have never heard of any place charging extra for late check out. They need to clean the rooms and linen.

Be careful with your belongings housekeeping stole things that were very important to us and the hotel staff was of no help

The property is too dirty, carpets are sticky , stained and dirty. There is no maintenance at all. Overall experience is terrible.

Place is a scam

Room was adequate, carpet and floor were gritty, one side of the bed had issues, like broken springs. Got to breakfast 20 minutes after started serving and food was cold. The staff was not very accommodating. We got to the hotel early and asked if we could check in and were quoted an additional fee of $30, even though rooms were available. We went shopping to kill some time. Returned right before check-in and were told she had to go check on the room to make sure all in order and didn't report back to us. We had to go back, stand at the counter, until she gave us our key. The issue is if you are going to charge for rooms that are ready and someone wants to check in early, what about when someone checks out early. Check out was 11:00am and we were gone at 8am. So, is the hotel going to give us a refund because we checked out early?

It was warm in the lobby, housekeeping never came the 2 days we were there, they kept telling us they didn’t have any towels! Even though there was 5 of us in the room for 2 days!!! Also the milk they were serving for breakfast was spoiled… oh and the shower had mold and you can tell the room we got was not thoroughly cleaned…. . Definitely will not book again.

The first room was filth! the floor was wet due to the humidity in the room, it smelled like mold, there was hair in the bed, the sink and the tub. Also in the tub was pieces to the soap boxes. i requested a different room and they did change it for me but the only thing better was the smell. There is hardly a breakfast and the elevator looks like its going to fall in at any moment.
