Hotel was super dirty and smelly

room was very cold. otherwise very nice property.

Stayed in a room on 15th floor and the ceiling started leaking onto our bed. Had to sleep the opposite way and lose sleep trying to not roll into the col, wet spot.

Once we arrived they told us that Expedia had booked us in a room they didn’t have available and we would only be getting a one bed instead of the two that we had booked for the price and we would get a roll in bed that was very uncomfortable! And I found it very unprofessional how The front desk manager sarcastically said “ we are at-least trying to accommodate you since the third party company booked a room we didn't have” I believe they should be paying more attention into what rooms show that are available on Expedia instead of insinuating that it is the customers fault for booking through Expedia very unprofessional.

Elevators didnt work more than half the time... ended up walking up and down the fire escape stairs

Do not book this place!! from the moment you pull up to valet your car the attendant will not leave his station. He waits for you to come to him just a point to the parking garage and tells you to park on the 2nd floor. Checking into the hotel was long but understandable at 4pm. My biggest issue was the breakfast the next morning that I paid extra for and the service was horrible. The hotel was packed given that there was a baseball tournament in town and half of the seating was taken but the other half of the seating was taken up by dirt dishes. No one was bussing the tables so of course they ran out of silverware a plates and the staff was just standing around so we had to clear our own tables. The food was good, but it did give me an upset stomach and of course, when you go to the bathroom in the lobby, they’re out of toilet paper. The 2nd night was horrible since the room next to use were kids that had been left unattended and they were kicking the doors screaming and fighting. It wasn’t the Hotel‘s fault but I did call twice to get them to come up there and get them to stop since there were no parents around but thank god the parents came back later that night

Love the service,clean room, but after we departed! I’m still waiting for my deposit refund, also why was there a parking fee? When you know that we have to arrive in a vehicle, but still waiting for that $100 refund!!

It was my family and I first time stay at this hotel. And I can say hands down the best experience we had. The manager was very helpful when Expedia canceled one of our rooms. Hands down the best customer service. I would continue to book at this hotel. The only problem that I had, was the pillows were too flat and the bathroom tub was somewhat slippery.

I let know the staff that my doors room was open before we get there.

Horrible stay…. Ac did not work at night time. We called service desk no answer. Room felt dirty and restroom door didn’t close right. Shower water was only coming out Hot. I complained before leaving and all they said sorryyyy. I even felt itchy thru night worse experience ever.

Stayed for concert. Staff was helpful. Room was nice. Will stay next concert.

It was a good stay. The room was pretty compact and older, and not all of the technology was working

Very over priced for the condition of the hotel and rooms. Great location to downtown and access to waterfront.
