This hotel is very nice. The suites are definitely great if you want a weekend getaway. It is also not very far from a beach. Only thing that sucks is there is not free parking since it’s downtown. You have to pay for valet which is $20-$25 a day. There is free parking if you go down a street or two. It is downtown though im always weary leaving it parked at night there. Valet is the way to go. It’s very safe and quick!

The property was very updated as the online description. All the staff are very professional.

I did not realize it was downtown, the first night music was LOUD until 1am the second night the music couldnt be heard as clear but was loud until 1130pm. The parking was also shown to be $14 at booking which was incorrect. Valet is $25

There is no present in my daughter’s room. Very expensive for the location. Right across the street from a club very noisy looks like a refurbished building from the outside it looks nice but definitely need better customer service the manager of the property not as a gentle as she should be with customers or other employees.

I had a great stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was immaculate with everything I needed, except for the shower body wash, it was a bit on the empty side. The location was convenient for shoreline, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. The breakfast options could use pancakes or waffles, and bacon, other than that, it had a full hot breakfast with many items to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable experience.

The studio suite we got for our family of 6 was very spacious. Views were amazing we could see the shore from our window. Location is great. Very nice hotel and staff were very nice as well.

Room and property were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Nothing , check in was at 3pm got there before 3pm the room wasn’t ready till like 3:30pm and the rooms were dirty !!! Paid almost $400 1 night and the hotel didn’t have no pool ! Way overpriced!!!! Nothing everything is soooo over priced and the charge for parking $25 daily parking fee and a deposit fee of $50 for damages apart of being charged almost $400 1 night !

Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes (Adolphys coffee), Whataburger (because that's important) and Shoreline Dr at the bay. My view was perfect too!
