Clean room, friendly staff and bar and restaurant were excellent

Terrible restaurant, room was in terrible shape need maintenance and real clean plan.

If you drive a truck taller than 6 ft 4 in, you may not be able to park in garage. Pool gets crowded and loud on weekends and people blare their music so if you are thinking of relaxing, visit during the week.

The pool was much smaller than expected, and it was so overcrowded that we weren’t able to swim at all during the entire weekend. To make matters worse, the ice machine was out of ice the whole weekend and was never restocked. For the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner, better-maintained hotel with working amenities. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

It was ok ...too many kids in hot tub and the pool to slippery didn't have the grips on the floor or on the ladders. I messed up my whole thigh black and blue. Then for the fourth the ladies out there that were selling the food were rude! So probably won't be wasting my money again on that place.

The breakfast was okay. In fact, the veggie omelet from the buffet option was probably the highlight of our stay. I definitely need them to get their TV options improved ASAP! After a long day we wanted to relax and watch a movie but the casting connection kept dropping. Definitely not a stay that's at the bottom of our list, but the reviews had my expectations wayyyyy high!

We had a great time at this property. The room was clean, the room service food was so good, and the pool/hot tub were amazing. Most importantly, the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

No hot water in the room, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, had to switch rooms due to odor of wet carpet musty smell

Smaller pool, and not much room for activities, but very friendly staff

The hotel was clean, and has friendly staff. I however was not overly impressed given the high price of the room. On a weekday no less. There was also added costs not disclosed prior to check in such as a $100 deposit which was to be given back i was told. As well as a $30 parking fee. When I went to check out i was told out of the $100 deposit I would get back $32.75 as the rest coveted parking and room cleaning. Its a very nice hotel however for the amount paid i didnt even get a full bea h view. I was put in the side room with a partial beach view. There are other hotels in proximity which are directly on the beach and less, with parking included. It was a nice get away but will not be going back.

Everyone is always so kind and helpful if we need anything. The rooms are gorgeous with amazing views of the bay.
