    The room smelled like milddew and the bathroom was not clean. The towels were dirty, no phone connected and no cold water.! I know the price was reasonable but the hotel could have been kept up to par atleast.

    The room was so bad, if i had a way to get ahold of management id demand a full refund. The room had not been properly cleaned in a extremely long time. There was a brown, hairy, sticky, and foul odor residue under the nightstand. The only reason it was noticed was because the phone did not work so i looked behind the night stand to confirm it was plugged in. When i moved the nightstand back is when i saw it. There was the same under the fridge, the dresser, inside the lounge chair and around the bottom of both beds. The worst of it is even if i wanted to complain the staff could care less and were completely incompetent. Both beds were so dirty my family had to sleep on top the beds on our own towels and under our own blankets. By far the absolute worse experience imaginable. This "hotel" should be investigated by corporate and by the health inspector and to be honest calling themselves a hotel is a joke in itself. It was a dumpster with a fancy logo.

    After room was inspected. Highly recommend for you to take pictures and show them everything wrong with room. Hotel needs some update and newer furniture. Ok for a night stay but if longer, would not recommend. Breakfast was pleasant.

    The toilet took an unusually long time to flush, and no one on the staff explained any of the issues related to the remodeling when we checked in. The only indication was the renovation signs posted throughout the property. The room itself was not very clean. The floors were dirty, and there was drywall dust and plaster throughout the room. The coffee maker and the cups had a sticky residue on them, and the room phone appeared to be there only for decoration—it didn't seem functional and was also covered in a sticky substance. One of the beds was broken, although the bedding itself was clean. The air conditioner worked well, which was appreciated, but the shower left much to be desired. The lobby also had an unpleasant odor. The staff wasn't rude, but they also weren't particularly welcoming. They were polite when spoken to, but there was very little warmth or hospitality. In the hotel industry, I would expect a friendlier and more engaging customer service experience. Finally, I was disappointed that the booking website did not disclose the required $100 security deposit before our arrival. It would have been helpful to know about this charge in advance so we could plan accordingly.

    Nothing, absolutely nothing. For starters the place was dirty. You walk in your room and you can just see all the dirt and trash on the floor. There’s spiderwebs all over. Exposed electrical wires. And the big one roaches. Definitely not worth the money, and if you’re like me who didn’t see the $100 damage deposit. They do charge it and their place isn’t even worth it. It’s already all damaged and nasty. A pool was advertised, there is no pool. Plus the lady at the front was not friendly at all.
