The young lady at the front desk was exceptional! She was friendly & polite and handled a housekeeping issue rapidly. Really enjoyed her service. It’s old and worn down. Had to have a dirty comforter replaced. There is no elevator and 4 in our party of 6 have issues mounting stairs. The breakfast was ice cold at 6:20 in the morning. The man at the desk did NOTHING when told about it.

The room was clean but industrial instead of home like. Although clean it lacked decor or any type of appeasing character. The breakfast bar was a ridiculous joke, advertised from 6am to 9am I was there at 07:15 there was only coffee, a couple of pieces of fruit and the hot products were never replaced.

this is a very old property, with a lot of maintenance to be done, the room was clean but roof leaks stains were everywhere, shower leaked water from a wall from the restroom to the vanity space, glass windows havent been clean in a while, stairs had to been cleaned in a while.

It was generally quiet Kinda dirty, but what can you expect by the beach. Tv didn’t work right.

Couldn't get tv to work. Messaged office no response. Had a cockroach in room and a pair of old underwear in dresser. That was gross. And tub rusted
