It was definitely a great stay for the price for sure! Quiet and very peaceful! Staff was very helpful and kind! Would definitely book here again.

Not very clean. Needs an update on the rooms. No Iron. Housekeeping didn't make the bed. Alot of rust, shower was nasty.

You get what you pay for. The room had the ceiling peeling. There was mold all in the restroom. 3 lights did not work. The AC was super loud at night, making it hard to sleep. The phone was connected to nothing. The microwave only worked by pressing the start button, the numbers did not. The fridge was warm. The location was great and plebty of parking.

I was able to book a room and then confirm it with the hotel even with the convention in town. We were able to get a first floor room for my disabled friend. No coffee in the lobby. I used the in room coffee maker, but I prefer not to use that because I get up earlier than my friend. The room was rundown - the tub area had old mold and the faucet dripped.

Bathroom and tub very dirty. The inside wall strips was peeling from the wall, the shower water has very low pressure and the hot water wasn't getting hot enough. Poor dirty. Only clean and refreshed room every 3 day's Everything The Toilet didn't flush properly. At times it didn't flush at all. Bathroom and tub very dirty. The positive was they have maintained a nice Courtyard around the pool which my dog loved. Also the desk staff was very nice. The negative was the room. Old. Mold in the bathroom. Rust and rut on the refrigerator and desk. The shower did not work and there was a fist sized hole in the bathroom wall. The floors were sticky. The window curtain rod was partially damaged, I needed to close the door on the bottom to completely block the view. Its also in a not great part of town. I would have changed rooms or hotels but I paid ahead of time and didn't feel like the refund headaches so I powered through the weekend.

Absolutely nothing blankets n pillow stunk like sweat n stained loud ac that keep me up n had trouble sleeping also had neighbors that were running screaming fighting pool was dirty what I like about it was me n my partner leaving never again waste of my money

If your looking for Ritz Carlton amenities good luck. The place was decent had a musty smell but thats due to humid conditions. Bed was comfortable but shower needs an overhaul

1st room was not cleaned. When we got moved. We were given a room with 2 beds, I reserved 1 king bed.

It was nice and was in a good location. Pool was a good decent size. One of our beds had mold on the blankets and mold in the restroom.

The rooms were clean and functional. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed being able to do a seafood boil by the pool. The mattresses were dated but still decent. The pool wasn’t kept as clean as it could be but it was nice. If there would’ve been a skimmer by the pool I’d have cleaned it myself.
