Cool and comfy

We were in town for a cycling event and really only needed a place to sleep for the night. That said, had I known beforehand what the property and room conditions were like, I would have gladly paid more to stay somewhere else, especially since I was traveling with my family. Unfortunately, there were a lot of roaches, and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable enough that I did not feel comfortable showering. The bathroom extractor fan also made an extremely loud, unpleasant noise. Overall, I would not consider this a family-friendly place to stay. If you are traveling alone and simply need an inexpensive bed for one night, it may be adequate. For a family stay, however, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

For a last minute booking it’s decent for the price. Drove in from out of town and prior reservation for motel 6 scared me. We cancelled that and came here. This was safer area and seemed more maintained. It’s not run down and it’s not full of roaming people outside. I was glad to have this second option.

Besides the gunk literally splattered across the left wall & the remote being broken it was a nice stay perfect for what we needed . Would consider staying again .

Starting with breakfast no waffles, no meat or eggs barely bread to toast. There was trash everywhere. Its like they don't have enough staff to work or do their job. I wouldn't want to stay another night and for the price paid. Do not recommend this place at all.

Not a comfortable option. The bathroom was old and showed signs of aging and wear and tear. I guess you get what you pay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, i did like how quiet and slightly remote from city it was up until early morning when loud noises started from trucks, tractors, & next door refinery or 18wheel truck refill station Did not like the very limited and bad tasting "breakfast" that was available for the shortest of time in the morning. Also no vending machine works, have to walk to gas station down the street, theres no pool as advertised there is, no laundry rooms, and a bunch of random scary people are stalking the grounds.

Do not stay here it is infested with crack heads and roaches! The room was still dirty when we went in no toilet paper pee on the floor room door would not shut. Do not go off the photos! Restroom door was broken on bottom. My other room was just the same but the bed was made but roaches crawling on the bed. Walk outside the people on drugs yelling trying to fight u. Definitely do not recommend

It was convenient to where I had a meeting. It was very easy to check in & out.
