Do not stay here it is infested with crack heads and roaches! The room was still dirty when we went in no toilet paper pee on the floor room door would not shut. Do not go off the photos! Restroom door was broken on bottom. My other room was just the same but the bed was made but roaches crawling on the bed. Walk outside the people on drugs yelling trying to fight u. Definitely do not recommend

It was ok on clean but they need to renovate the room the tub was bad.

The room I stayed in, the door at the bottom appeared to of been broken into. The floors did not look clean or mopped. I did not get much sleep as I could hear people talking outside or working on there vehicle and car horns going off at 12:30am- 1am that sounded like they where outside my door. As a single mom with a 10 month old I thought I found a hotel that I could feel safe sleeping and not have to watch the door all night and be on guard. I understand this hotel takes reservation only so you’d think I wouldn’t have to wait 5 mins for someone to come out to check me in even after ruining the bell. There was a guy that was there before me waiting as well and said he had been waiting longer. Besides not knowing if there was someone there to check us in, the guy was overall nice and respectful. I will say the pictures online look a lot better then in person.

We checked in close to 11 pm and our room was not clean. The cleaning lady had a plastic bin where she put the dirty linens in which she also had the clean towels.

Upon arrival room smelled of marijuana and mold, tv did not work and no towels

Front desk tried her best to help as much as she can To much druggies outside knocking on random room at 3am

there was nothing to like. except for the staff trying their best to accommodate us. i traveled with my 2 sons, from the pictures seemed like a decent hotel, however checking the reviews on google, stated that there where people consuming drugs, homeless people marauding, the rooms not clean and the service was defficient, and after confirming with clerk, stated they where in fact having these issues. i arrived at the accorded hour 11:00 a.m. there where no rooms available. i took my kids sightseeing for at least 5 to 6 hours and upon returning we still didn't had a room available. we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our room. when i tried to do laundry, i went over and changed 5 USD for coins, but when i arrived at the area to do my laundry there where underwear and other stuff in there. it is advertised they give HBO but didn't work. fortunately hey did had cable to see some cartoons. i would not recommend this hotel for families.

That the pool was under construction and we weren't able to use during our stay. Should have gotten a discount.

Felt safe there After the first night they didn’t give us clean towels the shampoo was out and ice machine ran out of ice every morning and breakfast was just toast waffles and cereal and apples to eat wish there was a big selection other then that stay was good maybe this will help them get better ratings

There was no access to Internet in my room and it was not across the hotel. There was no swimming pool. They also were telling me to park in the handicap parking space even though I did not have that room. There was a loud music being played until about 10 o’clock at night. People were hanging out all over the place. There were people working, literally on their cars to late in the night. My room was not cleaned. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would never go back there. In fact I feel like I should be refunded for my stay. Clean my room the excuse that was given we were too busy is not acceptable.

Nothing Everything, it was very trashy and the people that where outside all hours day and night and being very loud. The bathroom had big holes in the wall. I was very scared at this place

I chose this hotel because it had a breakfast option. Sadly, I didn't know the breakfast options weren't much. The pool was down and had been down for renovations for months. We were planning on utilizing the pool, but couldn't.
