Multi Resorts at Puente Vista

My family and I absolutely loved the property. We have stayed at several spots over the years and this one will be one we return to. We especially loved the black cosmetic towels - that detail really matters when most use white cosmetic towels. The only complaint (if any) would be the beds are very very firm but the pull out couch was comfortable.

GREAT STAY

We stayed at Puente Vista in Corpus from Aug 7 through Aug 10. Check in was super easy! Upon entering we noticed it was very hot, even hotter upstairs. A bit outdated but the canal view made up for it. It had your basic things you need for a kitchen and bathroom. The pull out sofa didnt work. My husband was fishing on the deck at the canal and I went outside to sit by him. Once I stepped my foot down on the deck, one of the boards came off and almost hit me on my face! Luckily I somehow knocked it down with my hand. My right foot went down and I ended up scratching my right thigh on the concrete where I landed! (While my right foor is still in the water!) Needless to say, this ruined my trip because I couldn't get in the water (whitecap beach) or the pool! This was our first night. I couldn't sleep, I was sore. Next day I emailed management about the situation, including pictures. They moved us to a different condo with a newer deck, cooler unit, working pull out sofa! I was told the HOA is responsible for the dock. I wrote a report with management and Im hoping to hear from the HOA with a resolution. Their property negligence ruined my trip. What if that board hit my eye? If you decide to stay here, make sure you check the deck! You dont want to get hurt like I did.

The air conditioner kept the downstairs nice and cold, but it didn't keep the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs cool during the day.

This place was PERFECT for what we needed. I wish we were there longer!

Stayed here many times various condos. Staff is so personal, they even remembered me from before. This makes a big difference. That I couldnt stay longer...Work!

Communication was excellent from the start. Before we arrived, the staff contacted us to walk us through the check-in process, explain everything we needed to know during our stay, and provide clear check-out instructions. It made everything simple and stress-free. When we arrived, the property was well-maintained, and the condo itself was spotless. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge bonus, allowing us to prepare meals instead of eating out for every meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Anytime we needed extra towels or blankets, they were delivered promptly with no waiting. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We can’t wait for our next trip to Corpus and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Location, quiet

The property is just as described and pictured. We stayed in the townhouse with canal views. The king bed on the top floor was comfy. The two twins on mid floor were also comfy. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. The location can't be beat!

I had to leave my vacation was over

Everything else! We will stay here again because it was nice, good atmosphere, accommodating, and comfortable. Just a few bad situations that didn’t have as much to do with the actual rental. There was a marathon running on Saturday when we needed to get out of the location and it took us 65 minutes to get downtown for a graduation. Our Uber food delivery forgot half our meal and they only refunded us, didn’t try to bring us our food, so we all had to share one meal which was difficult. Also there were people fishing out back of our place and not their own. So that was a little frustrating.

I regularly frequent this property I always look forward to coming down to the island and as it stands now and has been this way for years this is the only place I want to stay at Puente Vista has the perfect location and the views are priceless it is peaceful clean and quiet I enjoy seeing all the bird life and fishing off one of the many docks scattered throughout the property including behind your personal condo. These are very well maintained condos and the beach is just down the street a few blocks off the main drag. Everything in the unit is easy to operate tvs the kitchen perfect size everything modern comfortable furniture and beds a/c works great when needed

When we arrived and unpacked we noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain in master bedroom. They asked if we wanted to move to another unit but it would have been an inconvenience so assistant manager came after awhile and installed shower curtain. There is some water damage to window sills and near ceiling fan. We planned on using the bbq pit but it really needs to be replaced. Pool needs more lighting at night. Railing going inside unit really needs to be fixed asap. Other than some safety issues it was quiet and comfortable.

Liked that the 2 bedrooms each had a full bath.
