Eggs were fresh and it was very clean Enjoyed it all and was nice and quiet

The staff seemed empathetic to the issues with our room. Upon arrival, the system was down and it forced us to drive around for over 30 minutes with our 3 small children. Upon check-in, we attempted to take showers and acquire the ceib that was supposed to be availableupon request. The "crib" was a pack and play that was apparently broken so we now had no where for our infant to sleep. We went to let our children take a shower, and the knob to control the water temperature fell off as soon as we touched it. There was no conditioner, body wash and SOMEONE ELSE'S USED razor was still in the bathroom implying it had not been cleaned. We nixed the showers and went our for dinner as our room was really hot with the AC not being on when we arrived. We returned back about 1.5 hours later and the room was still unbearably hot. The TVs were still not working which we originally assumed was from their system issues. We went down to the front desk who offered us another room, but ultimately, without somewhere safe for thw baby to sleep, we decided the drive home (2 hours) was more accommodating than the facilities. The hotel agreed to refund our money (and has provided the reciept showing they have already returned it), however, Booking.com has not refunded our money and continues to hang up when we ask to speak with a supervisor to resolve this issue. Overall the hotel conditions were disappointing. The lack of customer service from Booking.com is absolutely unacceptable. I would delete this app as soon as possible and go with a more honest company.

Place was awesome. Nice suite! My kids loved it!

The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Reatroom toilet not properly not working

Yall accept pets my dog is a service animal. And no fee for being a service dog thanks. Pool was a little dirty at the bottom and leaves inside it little webs under neath tiki canopy’s by pool where you sit rooms could be painted for updating and flooring better firm pillows for beds they had no support for head to flat we stayed in handicap room by office so far that all we recommend.

I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had difficulty going up and down the stairs with our luggage. Today a wonderful sweet lady named Nancy helped us as much as she could. Nancy that was using one hand only because she had surgery in the other way working hard to help us and other people coming to check in and out.

Clean room, good location.

Proximity to beach was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable and ac worked good. Breakfast choices were plentiful and had something for everyone. Everything was good.
