Exceptional never have a problem with Holiday inn expresses except one nothing for this box Since September 2nd and we're already at the end of the month they still have yet to return the deposit seems to be a problem with Holiday inn Express all of the properties and only take about 2 days

The staff were amazing (especially Jesse)! We have stayed here many times over the years. Great breakfast too! We had a king room with sofa pullout bed (room 404) and unfortunately the sofa bed was broken and we had to use the in room ottomans for support for my son. The maintenance came to take a look, but we were only there for 2 nights, so hopefully they repaired it for the next guests. The carpet in the room was damp and the closet smelled (unfortunately) like cat urine (?). Also, the tile was cracked in front of the mini fridge/microwave area and the in room coffee maker didn't work.

Close and convenient good breakfast That there’s only one elevator and it took a while to get up or down. There was not enough electrical outlets for medical equipment that were close by. also, there was not enough pillows.

Need some repairs and there was a bit of a musty smell but it is close to the beach and had a decent small pool..the room had loose tile and the black out curtains had holes in them and were aged . Price was decent

The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable (and I never say that for a hotel room). The staff were all friendly. The view from the balcony was awesome! The only complaint was the free breakfast was very minimal.

I was disappointed because the check in time was 4:00 pm and I kindly requested if early check in was possible but the receptionist said it wasn’t. Other hotels and competitors do allow early check in before 3:00 pm. I thought they would be more flexible and provide better customer service.

Only two issues- water pressure for showers was weak and make sure when you request towel/trash service to take your placard off the door

Stay was good over all. Had a billing error but hopefully will credit to my credit card tomorrow. One guy at the desk tried really hard to help us with mis charges. Super friendly, kind and very energetic. Didn’t catch his name but he had a blue shirt on and a very unique necklace on. That guy is A+!!
