$800 for two nights stay & parking. Don't go during a holiday. Very expensive 😱.

Staff was excellent, room had broken floor tiles, chair torn, breakfast ran out of food, pool closed for one day

The staff was super helpful. hotel is aged a bit for the price. We booked a suite, our room was hot, they did help and put a fan in which kept it ok. They weren't prepared for our room, only gave us 3 towels and there were 5 of us. Didn't have the blanket or extra pillows for the sofa bed. But they were quick to bring them. Breakfast was ok.

- The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. - Breakfast was good. - The room was mostly clean. The bad - photos that i saw were not up to date. - the outside of hotel did not look great at all. - pool was a disappointment. - rooms had visible mold in certain places, and some previous mold was clearly painted over with what looked like killz primer. - restroom shower was not very clean. there were water stains everywhere, and mold in some places. - shower drain popped up and nearly cut my foot. - overall was not like the pictures shown on expedia. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere especially for the price we paid.

The staff was good. There were a few things in the room that could be better. The handle on the toilet flusher would stick so there was a lot of water waste I would assume . A drawer in the room would not stay shut so that is dangerous for someone if they had to get up in the middle of the night. The room smelled musty…I assume because of all the humid weather.

This holiday inn was okay. The price was great for a weekend but the hotel is a little rundown. Only one elevator so expect to wait. The pool and hot tub were good as was the breakfast. The location is great...walking distance to whitecap beach.

Location. $10 a day to park but bar next door using 1/4 of spots forcing limited parking. Said they told us at checkin if it rained pool would close. THEY DID NOT. Breakfast weak & cook staff rude.

Parking It smells like sewage when you walk in. The people at the front are unprofessional having conversation amongst themselves and not acknowledging customers when they enter.

Only a Single elevator for 4 floors! Parking is 15$ per day per vehicle, you have to scan the QR code outside in the parking lot to setup and pay!
