Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Corpus Christi Padre Is

I liked how responsive they were when we needed extra soap and it was close to the beach so that was nice I really like the property but the floor was so wet when I walked in that you had to hold onto the wall or something not to slip, I’m not sure how the mopping works. It was extremely wet and I’m pregnant, it wasn’t just one area. It was the entire floor.

We stay here almost every time he visit North Padre Island. Location, value, and room satisfaction keep us coming back. The breakfast wasnt as good last visit, but it was really off season. I'm nitpicking here.

Clean room

The staff and proximity to beach access are the only good things about this hotel The hotel itself shows clear signs of deferred maintenance. Everything is old and shabby and some of the amenities don’t work. Parking is atrocious and they tell you to park on the street or in another lot owned by a neighboring condo. Not very secure IMO. The quality of the breakfast is garbage. I wish I had better things to say, but I don’t :( This hotel was not worth the $$ spent to stay there

No pool, but other than that the hotel was nice, breakfast was good, front desk was great.

Great location, but the facilities are older and run down. There were sticky spots on the carpet in the room and very few dishes in the suite with a kitchen.

What a fantastic two room suite! With a full kitchen no less. We were so surprised and pleased that we each got a room to ourselves. and so close to the beach. What a find for the price!

Clean and comfortable beds. Pretty good breakfast! No pool

This place was very clean! Our room was perfect for our weekend stay. The bed was comfortable ac worked. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s good for a place to sleep. Needs updating. Breakfast kills the hunger, if you are not picky.

Clean room, looks in need of some updates, the chairs and carpet were showing stains

• The lower cabinets appear to have expanded particle board due to moisture and may need replacement. • There is some rust forming in the kitchenette area. • My room did not have any USB plug-in outlets. I had forgotten my main USB adapter and had to improvise in order to charge my phones (work and personal) and other smart devices. Please consider upgrading the outlets to include USB ports. • The TV had a melted area on the lower right corner. I did not check whether it worked, as I did not use it. • The bathroom sink has a steady drip. Despite these issues, it was quiet and convenient. Thank you.

Place is very affordable walking distance to at least to bars, parking lot is very small though. Room was clean.

breakfast needs potatoes and salsa added, otherwise food was good appliances that did not have rust like refrigerator and microwave

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk There was nothing that I did not like about the stay. Everything was great.

Bad

Rooms were ready and check in , although had musty smell. Ac made noise all night

Great room!

Parking was not ideal. Even though they give you a parking stub we had to park about a block away in the side of the road.
