While our room was very clean, the ice maker on our floor did not work and there were no vending machines as the sign said. Not sure why id think an extended stay would have a pool but not only no pool, no outside shower or water hose or anything to rinse off before going to the room. There 4 days and housekeeping never once came in our room. The breakfast was ok...fruit was old and the eggs were warmed in a microwave but at least they offered something.

Front desk staff was not friendly.

As we walked in we weren't even greeted during check-in not even a smile . As we walked into the room the first thing we noticed was the refrigerator with rust blotches all over the front doors . Cabinets falling off . There was no fire detector they took it off . Microwave had rust spots inside also This was room 203 . .

Our second year staying here and we’re definitely coming back again.

We were told that housekeeping would be provided once per 3 days. After 3 days, we again were told that we would “qualify” for housekeeping on in a day, which will make it 4 day. We stayed 4 nights and got one time cleaning. While there is a sign in the room that if you need fresh towels more often just ask, we had to beg the receptionist for fresh towels and toiletries. When we asked for fresh towels, we got two (2) body towels. Breakfast is boring, the same exact food for 4 days. The last day we came downstairs for breakfast to find only one fork left for all people to use. When we asked for more forks, the receptionist said “we ran out, sorry". All together, while we still will be coming to visit the White beech next summer, we are going to stay away from this hotel.

I was so disappointed 😞. The furniture and carpet was filthy. Using a UV light to look for bedbugs showed disgusting stains on everything. If you wanted cleaning, it was on the 5th day. No broom was provided to clean the floor from sand after the beach. I had to place towels and trash in the hall for pickup and get towels from the front desk. Two electrical outlets were extended from the wall and the fire alarm was disconnected. We reported it, but nothing was done after saying it would be fixed. The sheets looked clean, although the UV light showed stains. No comment on what they were. Breakfast was disappointing so we ate out.

Location was fine we however had to ask for more towels as there was only 2 and 1 wash cloth. We also found roaches in our room Cleanliness we found roaches in our room. We had to ask for towels and wash clothes

The rooms had a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot at all unless you want black feet or black socks. There was a cooked pizza left in our oven. The dishwasher was broken, so we have no idea if the dishes were clean because several had a film on them, so we washed them as we used them. At breakfast, we got there about 9:30 am, and the eggs were all gone, and the sausage was overcooked. The pot that said hot water wasn't full and squirted out lukewarm water. The attendant came out and asked another guest if they needed anything, but didn't ask anyone else or refill the eggs. I would not recommend staying here unless you are just looking for an affordable place by the beach and you will cook all your food or eat out, which is what we did.

Nothing Parking issues Room issues Odor issues I did not care for 1 thing about this experience. Building smelled like Mildew and MUSTY!

The ceiling was leaking, there was a terrible molding smell, the carpet was damp for some reason, and i had left my necklace but when i returned of course it was gone and the housekeepers stated they did not have it but i know for a fact it was in there when i left.

Didn't eat Nothing

I really liked the suite we stayed in, high ceilings and comfortable thick beds the AC was freezing cold and it was a nice quiet stay

The breakfast was possibly the worst I have experienced. I have had Field Chow with more options. Coffee ran out, sausage boiled and ran out of bread items. The person at the front desk yelled at me to use a different trash can which was just a large rolling container used to held towels

My experience with the hotel room and everything inside the building was good. However, there is not enough parking for all the rooms. Coming to the hotel late in the evening was a problem finding parking space. I was not the only person looking for parking. There were at least 4 cars circling the lot trying to find a space. This made my overall experience unpleasant.

So glad I found this hotel. I will be staying there from now on anytime I visit Padre. Staff was great, the breakfast was great. It’s so close to the beach. It was just perfect.

This was definitely a bare minimum hotel. No closets to hang clothes, only drawers for clothes. Sheets, towels and linens were stained with blood and various colored spots. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting- we wore shoes. Broken tiles in the kitchen would have been an issue with younger kids. Breakfast ran out before 11am and was not replenished. The elevators smelled of weed the entire stay. Overall, I’d stay somewhere else for the extra cost.
